When I got up (not got up as in woke up, I just got out of bed, vampires don't sleep), the sun was shining brightly outside, and that's when I realized what happen last night between me and Joshua. I lied back down in my bed and that's when I remembered that Joshua was right next to me, and that we had to go to school.

"Joshua," I shook him as he lay next to me in bed. "We gotta get up."

"Ai'ight," he threw his arm over my waist. "In another hour."

"No, now," I shook my head. "We have to go to school!" He suddenly jumped up.

"What time is it?" he asked. I looked at the clock then said,

"Its seven 0' clock." But he was really being stubborn this morning.

"Can't we miss school for one day?" he asked.

"No," I answered. "We have a quiz in Biology and we can't miss it," I then pulled my robe off my bed head and went into my bathroom to take a shower.

Thirty minutes later, I was dressed and ready for school. As I stepped out the bathroom, Joshua was sitting on my couch, also dressed and ready to go to school.

"Where did you shower?" I asked him. He laughed then answered,

"You do know that your house has more than one bathroom, right?" I smiled at him, looking at how fly he was looking. We always had a draw of each other's things at each other's house.

"You ready to go?" he asked me as he stood up.

"Yeah, let's go," I said. We sneaked out of the house, trying not making any noise as Miss Nancy sat in the TV room watching her soaps.

"So, have you thought about us yet?" Joshua asked while we were standing next to my locker.

The bell had just rung for lunch and everyone was rushing to the cafeteria, as Joshua and I speak. But his question caught me off guard; I mean, he cheated on me, but you can't have sex with a boy and not be his girlfriend. Unles you were a whore, and i'm not a whore!

"I don't know Joshua..." I began, but then he cut me off.

"So what we did last night meant nothing to?" he asked in a disappointed tone.

He was right, what we did last night did mean something to me. The only thing is that he's still with Shantel and we have to do something about that.

"Fine, I'll make you a deal, break up with Shantel as soon as you see her and we'll get back together," I said to him.

He look at me like it was no big deal and said, "Ok, no problem."

No problem? He is so wrong; he hasn't even heard the last part of my plan.

"And," I continued. "If she asks why, tell her you slept with me last night and that you've always wanted me."

"Ok, that's a problem," he said.

I glared at him, "Really? Well if you really wanted me back, there would be no problems," and with that, I left him standing there and headed to the cafeteria.

"Hey, so tell us what went down with Joshua last night," Chrissy said as soon as I reached the table.

"What, why would you assume something went down with me and Joshua? Besides, he has a girlfriend," I said in a high pitched voice. Their expressions suddenly changed to a serious one.

"You're talking in a high voice, which means you're lying. What happened last night?" Mary said her eyes narrowed at me.

As I was about to tell them that nothing happened between Joshua and me, when their answer came to them via 'air' mail. Shantel and the boys were on the table right next to us when Joshua approached.
