'GOLDEN HOME ORPHANAGE' the sign outside the orphanage read. We were parked in the empty orphanage car park but no sign of Shantel yet.

"Ok, so one quick question, why would Shantel come to wreck an orphanage?" I asked Joshua. He looked at me strangely.

"Shantel never told you," he asked not hiding his surprise.

"Told me what?" I asked.

"Shantel is adopted Dawn," he answered. A wave of silence passed in between us.

"She lived at this orphanage until she was seven," he said.

"She said she always got bullied and that one day she will return and those children would feel her wrath," he finished. I busted out in laughter.

"What's so funny?" Joshua asked.

"'Feel her wrath' oh come on, who even says that?" I said in between gulps of laughter.

"And she waited ten years for them to 'feel her wrath?'" I laughed some more.

"Shantel's parents were wizards," Joshua continued ignoring me.

"They died one year after she was born due to some dangerous spell," he said.

"She figured out she was a witch when she was twelve and eventually, after finding out the history of her family, she met her real sister, Shanell, who is three years older than her. But she never told her foster parents about her sister." He finished.

I stared at him blankly and said, "Wow, I'm completely speechless." I tried to keep a serious face but ended up laughing anyway.

"The kids who bullied her when she was younger are still here. She's angry right now so it would make sense for her to take her anger out on them," he said, ignoring my laughter. That made me laugh even more.

"Why are you so selfish? There's nothing funny about this," he scolded. What's his problem?

"Whoa, I'm sorry. I didn't know Shantel's life meant so much to you," I said sarcastically.

He turned and looked at me narrowed his eyes and asked, "What is your problem?" Oh, he's not serious right?

"What's my problem?" I yelled. "Just because I find something funny, you think I have a problem?" I yelled louder. "You know, you use to like to hear me laugh. But now everything we talk about has something to do with that stank ass trick."

His eyes widened in surprise as he said, "Excuse me?" I could see that he was shocked by my outburst, but I could care less.

"You know who I'm talkin' bout. Weather we're talking, arguing, not talking to each other or breaking up; she's the subject of our lives. Shantel this, Shantel that. Shantel my ASS," I exploded. By this time he looked terrified.

Just then his phone rang and he answered. "What Jake?" he asked the person on the other line.

After a few moments he finally hung up and said, "We gotta go."

"Whatever," I mumbled and got out of the car. When I reached on the other side of the car, he pulled me into him.

"Baby, I'm sorry if I've ever made you feel like you don't matter, you know I love you, so don't trip. No matter who I talk about, you're on my mind 24/7," he said. He grabbed my chin forcing my lips into his.

"Oh. The happy couple, how cute," a voice behind us said. I pulled away from Joshua to see who was behind us. Shantel was there, with a girl who looked just like her but a little older.
