Never knew I could feel that much

"Sunoo? we are here." Niki took him back from his thoughts. "wow your expression is so... you must really love him a lot" "what? what do you mean?" this comment threw Sunoo of. he loved Sunghoon. yes. most definite lot definitely... yes. but what expression was this about. and how could Niki be sure he was thinking about Sunghoon. "you look happy but like you are missing something. like a perfect bittersweet expression. but I'm not keeping you from your prince charming anymore. see you." Niki explained calmly now on the other side of the car holding the door open for him.
what? bittersweet? and longing something? Sunoo thought to himself but said nothing about it.
"yes see you." he smiled at Niki and left.

again Sunoo couldn't rest at night today's events replying on loop in his head. first the little argument he had with his best friend, then the whole painting thing with Niki and lastly the news his boyfriend. scratch that. fiancé. had for him.
"the team is going to Europe mid september to do some shows. it's a great pre-season practice and fair money. I also got invited and I think i want to go. what do you think about it?"
what Sunoo could do other than support him.

"hi baby! we just landed and are now going to the hotel. it's so pretty here i think you would like it!" ravenette spoke excitedly but his voice couldn't hide the tiredness. "okay I'm glad. now try to sleep okay? i don't want you to get jetlagged." Sunoo spoke on the other side. it was early morning in Korea so where Sunghoon was must have been the middle of the night.
this went on for a whole week; Sunghoon waiting until late night hours to be able to wish his long distance partner good morning despite his protests and orders to go to sleep. one day Sunoo purposely didn't pick up and just texted him 'sleep 😠 ' but Sunghoon's '🥺 ' was enough to crush him and in no time he was calling back.

but now Sunoo was finally picking his fiancé up from the airport. "hoon" he raised his voice slightly and waved his free hand. in the other he held flowers (romantic very much) and Sunghoon's favourite coffee. "hi noo. i missed you soo much" Sunghoon touched their foreheads together for a brief minute. "are those flowers for me?" he coed. "yes. and your favourite coffee". "aww thank you" Sunghoon was visibly happy. "and we have a welcome brunch tomorrow. with my parents" this made Sunghoon inhale sharply. it's not that there was something wrong with his fiancé's parents. just last time they met was when they decided the two will be moving in together and the idea wasn't as pleasant to them. so Sunghoon was determined to prove himself.
