It had been about a month since the two had had their first date. Since, they had plenty of other dates, some including Christopher, of course. 

This particular evening, Eddie, Buck and Christopher find themselves at Buck's loft. The living room smelled of buttery popcorn, sodas and the lasagna they had for dinner. The three roared with laughter as they played video games, each trying to beat the others. Any person looking in on this moment would not even think twice to assume that this was simply two dads and their son having a lovely night in. 

As the night progressed, the three finally resigned with an action movie, Transformers to be exact. The light from the television reflected on Buck and Eddie's tired eyes and on Christopher's sleeping face. He slumped slightly to the side, leaning into his dad. The two men glanced at each other then at the small boy between them and smiled. 

This felt like home. 

The three had fallen asleep there that night and in the morning, their necks hated them for it. Buck and Eddie were the first to rise, making their way quietly into the kitchen to start making breakfast. 

But first, they had to steal some kisses from each other. Their lips touched gently, arms finding their way around torsos and necks, cheeks growing steadily redder. As their lips parted, still in each other's arms, Buck blurts out his thoughts;

"Will you be my boyfriend?" 

Eddie looks at Buck, who would rather be looking at the empty space right above Eddie's head. Eddie follows his eyes until they steady onto the man in front of him and gives him another kiss. 

"Of course, I'll be your boyfriend".

Buck buries himself into Eddie's chest and inside he was screaming like a teenage girl. 

Christopher woke up soon after, and they shared a productive meal together, discussing what they wanted to do for the rest of the day and what they had planned for the rest of the week. 

A/N: Kind of a short chapter, but I wanted to write about the moment when they officially became boyfriends, so yeah lmao. Hope you're all enjoying the story so far and thank you for all the support!! I started this story a couple of weeks ago and we're already at 300+ reads AAAHH so crazy!!
