Adelaide's big audition

(a/n ok this is mainly her performance. There's a little surprise in here. If this happened to ME I'd fall over and stop breathing. haha so I hope you enjoy it. OH and go listen to the song "you're my only shorty" by Demi Lovato. its Adelaide's performance song. Just heads up on that haha)

---Adelaide's POV---

I was out in the stage. I waved at the boys and introduce myself to the crowd.

"Hello Everybody, I'm Adelaide Thomson. Enjoy the show." I walked to the starting position. My back to the audience. The Music started and I began moving my hips. (a/n It's the song by Demi Lovato [i think it's by her] called "you're my only shorty" listen to it and you'll understand the parts that are going on)

I turned and began singing.

"last night was crazy and today it's setting in...

Did you really mean it and could you say it again. oh oh.

Even if you just say it over the phone..

Love makes you crazy, restless, dumb and paranoid

But I'll take a chance on us and hope you don't destroy my heart," Sam's cue was coming up. I could see Liam just staring straight at me. He understood what I was trying to say.

"give me one guarantee,

I'm the only girl you see, what you say boy?" I tucked my hair behind my ear as I sang that last verse.

"You're my only shortyyy,,"  OH.MY.GOD!!! that voice... not Sam's. It was Harry's. He took Sam's place. I couldn't stop the performance. I had to go on. I looked at Liam. He was beyond furious. I looked at Danielle. She was enjoying the show. The look on the boys faces were both shock then cheerful.

"I'm telling you the truth,

Girl it's only you.

You're my only shorty,"Harry grabbed my hand, as he sang to me tellin me, it was only me. At that moment I began to smile and continued singing. My eyes now ONLY on Harry. Occasionally I'd catch a glimpse of Liam. Boy, Was i gonna hear about this. I didn't care. I danced and sang straight to Harry. But a certain part of the song HAD to be sung to Liam. I pulled away from Harry's hold as I looked straight to the table. and sang.

"Please baby, please give me

all your attention," I looked towards Harry as I sang the next verse->

"Don't let my heart go seaking no other direction" I looked back at Liam

I gotta be the only on for your affection" Harry must have noticed this. He walked to me and grabbed my hand.

"oh yeah baby girl, did I mention

You're my only shorty"

We continued the song. Right when it was ending, Harry was holding my waist. Looking up at him he planted a kiss on my lips. My mic fell to the floor. I kissed back. I wanted to. Harry had made all my worries go away. He knew my secrets. almost all of them. He helped me get this audition. SHIT...  Simon. He wasn't gonna like the kiss. It was too PDA-ish. SHIT SHIT SHIT.

The crowd applauded and we walked off the stage.

"How was that for a performance Kitten?" Harry smiled and hugged me. "I paid Sam a few bucks to let me go up, and show me his part."

"That was AMAZING Harry, but the kiss. Simon will no approve of it. I might as well pack home for Texas"

"Oh I wouldn't say that," a voice was heard from behind me. I turned. It was Simon Cowell. He had a serious face at first, it frightened me. But soon, It turned to a smile. "Simon Cowell. That performance Miss Thomson was amazing. Harry, you weren't so bad yourself."

"ha. ha very funny Uncle Si" Harry laughed.

"Adelaide that was amazing. The vocals, The dance moves, The attitude, and that kiss at the end. I'd like to meet with you tomorrow afternoon. In the manager's office. I'd like talk about you're future with a singing career"

"yes, sir. Thank you, Mr. Cowell."

"Simon, Please, call me Simon." he smiled and walked away. I smiled as I saw him leave the restaraunt. I was so happy. My smile reached ear to ear. My phone suddenly beeped from my purse. It was a text from Liam.

From: Liam- WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT??? Just wait til Danielle goes to sleep. You are going to get an earful of what I have to say. I thought Me and you had something! how could you do this to me!

I was in shock. HOW COULD I DO THIS TO HIM?!?! He was the one having to wait til Danielle fell asleep to see me. He was the one that had to keep me a secret because of Danielle. I just sang my heart out. and Just so happened to have gotten full support from a friend in the process.

"So you two DO have something going on?" Harry startled me. He was looking over my shoulder at my text. fuck. I turned to look at him. He looked hurt. My heart... it felt horrible.
