" A clue...a clue...a riddle...riddle..."AURORA WENT DOWN to breakfast the next morning by herself. She was in no mood to talk to anyone at the moment. Especially Ron and Harry. As she entered the Great Hall, she saw Gryffindors crowding Harry and his Firebolt. Those damn Firebolts.
Rolling her eyes, Aurora decided to sit at the Slytherin table. Her brother, Draco, Theo, Blaise, and Pansy all sat together, glaring at the Gryffindors. Atlas must have told the group what happened yesterday, or they were jealous because of Harry's new broom.
"Hey." She said to them all, sitting down in between Atlas and Theo.
"And what's the Gryffindor Princess doing here at the Slytherin table?" Theo asked Aurora with a grin.
"Sitting with you guys? Can't I see other friends?" Aurora accidentally snapped at him. Aurora's eyes widened and she quickly mumbled, "Sorry" to him.
"No need to apologise, A. You're always welcome here." Blaise said to her with a warm smile. Aurora smiled back but didn't say anything. She instead dug into breakfast.
Draco, Blaise, and Theo we're all making bets to see what Gryffindor will stuff up. Aurora scowled at them but was secretly sniggering in her head.
Draco suddenly got up and signalled for Crabbe and Goyle to follow him. Aurora raised a brow at her cousin as he walked by. Oh, this can't be good. Aurora thought to herself as she watched her cousin walk over to the Gryffindor table.
"2 gallons that Malfoy will come back over to us and throw a tantrum," Theo said with a grin, watching the blonde.
"5, that he won't stop talking about Potter," Atlas said with a mischievous grin.
"8 that he does both," Theo added, his grin growing wider.
"Nah, I'm not giving you guys my money. I have sweets to buy." Blaise said moving slightly away from them.
"Same. Besides, Dracy has a reason to have a tantrum. That Potter is a spoilt, arrogant -" Pansy started to say but was cut off by Aurora who said, "Oh shut up."
"C'mon, let's get closer, so we can hear what Dracy has to say," Theo said to them all. Atlas, Blaise, and Theo all got up from their seats and made there way over to watch the drama unfold.
"Urghh!" Aurora muttered, taking one last bite of her porridge and hopping up to see what will unfold.
Aurora came up beside Atlas, who was only meters away from where the Gryffindor team stood. "Sure you can manage that broom, Potter?" Draco said in a cold, drawling voice.
"Yeah, reckon so," Harry said casually, catching Aurora's eye. She gave him an apologetic look, that she always gave him when Malfoy did this.
"Got plenty of special features, hasn't it?" Draco said, eyes glittering maliciously. "Shame it doesn't come with a parachute – in case you get too near a Dementor." Crabbe and Goyle sniggered. Aurora rolled her eyes.
