Chapter 11

Alya's POV

I went into my house and went straight upstairs. I was still in a daze from what had happened that evening. I smiled and got into my pyjamas and put on some music. I smiled when my phone buzzed. It was Phoenix asking if I could facetime. I smiled and immediately called him. "Hey! Sorry, I look a mess. I was just getting ready for bed " I laughed as I realised I did look a mess.
"You don't look a mess." he replied smiling "I think you look beautiful."  He added. When he said that I felt my heart race. I was smiling a lot as I took off my makeup. He looked at me in awe; I would even say in love. "Wow, you're gorgeous" he said when I was finished and he saw me without makeup on. I got into bed and brought my phone with me smiling. "It's nearly ten o'clock!" I called out surprised. "I should go to bed," I added and he sighed
"I was hoping to stay talking all night" He smiled "Can we at least stay on facetime while you go to sleep?" He added.
"Sure!" I replied and put my phone on charge and leant it on the bedside table as he smiled at me. I pinned my hair up out of my face, turned the lamp off and slowly shut my eyes. "Goodnight Phoenix" I called out and yawned.
"Night Alya," He said smiling

Phoenix's POV

I watched her slowly drift off. I kept an eye on her until she fell asleep making sure she was okay. I smiled. She is so cute; I love her so much. "Love you" I called out before lying down smiling. She looks so peaceful I think to myself. I wait until she completely falls asleep to sleep myself.

Astra's POV

I woke up and called Alya. She was smiling "Phoenix facetimed me all night! We fell asleep on Facetime! It was so cute!"I smiled while listening to her talk about her evening and how Phoenix was so sweet but I couldn't help but feel jealous. How he had stayed awake until she had fallen asleep. "He even whispered I love you as I fell asleep" She smiled.
"That's adorable! I wish I had someone to do it with." I said smiling.
"I'm sure you'll find someone!" She replies.
I checked the time. It was 9:30. "Oh, I am so sorry I need to go! I need to get ready for ten!" I said in a hurry then added "Goodbye!" I hung up and quickly got showered and dressed in a cute baby pink dress that was backless and a small necklace with a pearl. I curled my hair and pinned it back with a pearl hair clip. I went downstairs and got some breakfast just as Leo knocked on the door. I walked over and answered. He looked so cute, he was wearing some black jeans and a shirt with a sweatshirt jumper over the top. The shirt's collar was folded over the jumper. "You look amazing!" He smiled as he walked in.
"Thank you!" I replied smiling
"Are you ready to go?'' he asked.
"Of course!" I replied and took his hand as we walked out to the car. I sat down and he played some music quietly. I sang along to some of the songs.I knew and looked out the window at the scenery. "We used to go here all the time with our parents!" I exclaimed, smiling as we looked over at the cafe.
"Yeah, I know!" He said as we pulled into the car park behind the cafe. I jumped out of the car and smiled as he took my hand.  We walked over to the cafe entrance. We both walked over to where they serve the drinks, we got a coffee each and some cakes. We sat down and ate "I love this song!" I say smiling. We finished our drinks and went out into the park. I looked up and it seemed to be midday. Leo took my hand and we walked through the park. There was a big pond that had a bridge going over it and was filled with koi fish.  "The pond is so pretty!" I exclaimed smiling and watching the koi fish swim around
"Not as pretty as you" Leo said blushing I smiled
"And not as handsome as you," I said, giggling and smiling.

Leo's POV

Did... she call me handsome? And her giggles. She sounds like a child!  She is so precious I say to myself and feel my cheeks start to burn again. "You are adorable." I accidentally say out loud. She just smiles "Why thank you!" She giggles again, smiling a lot. God I love that smile. I take her hand and lift her chin up to face me so I can see her smile. She shut her eyes, still smiling, then looked up at me. I bit the inside of my cheek trying to stop the urge to kiss her. "I love that smile, I am glad I am the one to cause it again." I say and move her hair out of her face. She smiles more and starts to blush
