Speed pov:

Speeds body flies through the storm, getting tossed left and right, until he gets tossed right out of the storm. Down, down, down he goes heading towards the mountain...
But, something catches him. It jumps from tree to tree and lands back on the ground.
???: Speed. Speed. SPEED!
Speed: AH! I'm awake.
Haze: Good. Kai, Black, Lily, Jill, and Shade is here too.
Kai: *Slightly waves*
Speed: Hey man. Thank arceus that storm didn't take us to far.
Kai: But it took the others far away. We couldn't find them when we got out of the storm.
Turbo: 'Speed! Can you hear *crshk chrjrjdj* wierd *gdhdhdb huh hsbd hsb* the storm *hsuvdhisv osbsb isnsbs*
Speed: Turbo, your breaking up!
Turbo: And now I'm behind you.
Speed: AH! You guys need to stop scaring me.
Kai: Well maybe you shouldn't get so scared.
Speed: Grrrrrr
Haze: Both of you, enough.
Turbo: He is right.
Speed: Fine. Let's just see if the others landed somewhere else. Oh yeah, and Turbo?
Turbo: Yes?
Speed: What were you trying to tell me?
Turbo: What do you mean?
Speed: Nevermind. Let's just go.
So, all of them started through the forest and towards the city.
Speed: Is it just me or was that building not there before?
Shade: I do think that is weird.
Turbo: You probably just did not notice it before.
Speed: Maybe.
They continued walking past the building through the city.
Kai: <Hmm...>
As they walked, the team started to get a bit tired and took a few minutes to rest.
Kai: Lets go in that café.
The name of the café was...
Speed: The Slurpuff delight?
Kai: I thought this was a bakery.
Black: Intresting...
Haze: That's strange then.
Turbo: Something is off.
As they were collaborating, Speed noticed a fluffy, yellowish-white tail slip into an alleyway.
Speed: Flare?
Haze: Huh?
Speed: Come on guys!
Speed began to run and pick up speed. The others had a hard time catching up.
Haze: Speed! Wait up!
When Speed turned a corner, the fluffy tail was gone.
Speed: Where did he-
{THWACK!}
Kai: {From a distancd} {Hey, who did that?!}
{THWACK! THWACK!}
Speed: Guys?
THWACK!

A few hours later...

Speed: Ugh... what happened?
???: All right fool, who are you?
Speed: Huh?
???: Answer the question!
Speed: I don't- oh.
He just then realized that he was chained to a chair.
Speed: That sucks. Where are my friends?
???: Just answer the question. Who. Are. You?
Speed: My name is Speed.
???: See? that wasn't so-wait. Excuse me?
Speed: What's wrong?
The kidnapper then picks up Speed and throws him through the wall.
Speed: Ouch.
???: Flare! Not cool!
Speed: Flare?
He got a good look and it was Flare.
Kai: Speed? What did you do?
Speed: Why aren't you chained up?
Kai: Because we answered the questions.
Black: *Paw-palm*
Speed: I did too!
Haze: Well look! You aren't tied up.
Speed looked behind him and saw he was not chained up!
Speed: All right! Anyways, Flare, why are you attacking me?!
Flare: Because your not Speed! Lazuli, now!
Lily: Huh?
Speed then feels a sharp pain in his chest area. When he looks down, there is an ice shard shoved all the way through.
Speed: Argh!
Lazuli: Take that, you imposter.
Speed: Cut it out, guys!
Lazuli: Never!
Lazuli then dashes towards Speed, only to be blocked by Haze.
Haze: You will not hurt him. Ow!
He said this because flare used Flamethrower on the Zoroark.
Turbo: I've got this!
Turbo leaps towards Flare, only to get lifted into the air by Pearl.
Pearl: Stop it.
She then proceeds to throw Turbo across the room into a chair, paralyzing him.
Turbo: Aw man!
Kai: Why are you guys doing this?
Pearl: Because you guys are liars.
All: Huh?
Lazuli: I know "Speed" is lying, but what about the others?
Pearl: Come with me.
Pearl then trots out of the room.
Lazuli: I guess we should follow her?
The group follows Pearl through many hidden rooms and into a pitch black bunker.
Lazuli: Why are we in here?
Pearl: So nobody can hear us.
Jill: What do you mean?
Black: Who else is here?
All of a sudden, a screen lit up, illuminating the room.
Lily: Woah.
(Images are appearing on the screen)
Pearl: Long ago and far in the future, primal and advanced pokemon roamed and will roam this planet.

Flare: Woah.
Pearl: And do you guys remember the humans?
Lazuli: Only the rumors.
Pearl: Well, the humans waged war with us. Both sides lost many, but when we had the humans in a tight spot, they built a time machine to access the power of the paradoxes.
Speed: Then what happened?
Pearl: Our side sent a team to eliminate the humans and destroy the machine. The first part was a grand success. Well, almost. One human had a few more breathes, and flipped the activation switch. It was only for a few seconds, but it was enough for this energy to get to the legendaries. Some changed, others stayed the same but still went into a frenzy.

Jill: That's horrible.
Pearl: But some how, some of the legendaries from our universe have been brought to your universe and vice versa.
Speed: How do you know?
Pearl: You'll see. *uses teleport*
When the move disperses, a manaphy is sitting on the ground.
Mana: Finally. That other room was really dark.
Speed: Mana?
Mana: Speedy? Where is big-sis Silvia?
Speed: No clue.
Pearl: She is here, just not yours. SILVIA!
Silvia: *From top floor* Coming!
Footsteps can be heard and Silvia comes down.
Silvia 2: Yeah? Wait. Speedy?
Speed: Yep. That's me.
Lazuli: No its not. It's probably a ditto.
Speed: Why do you keep saying that?!
Pearl 2: Lately, strange portals have been appearing and pokemon have been going missing, and reappearing days later, with no reconciliation of some events they have experienced.
Speed: How does that answer my question?
Pearl 2: Your group was most likely one of them.
Speed's group: ?!
Lily: How do you know?
Speed: Yeah. How do you know?
Lazuli 2: Because you're supposed to be dead!

(Yeah! First chapter done. It took me a while, but I finally did it. But how do you think Speed died? And what happened to the rest of the group? Find out as the journey continues!
