Chapter 10

The entire following week went by quickly and it was already Sunday again. I was going to meet Kian about half an hour and I stood in front of the mirror and fixed my hair. I had butterflies in my stomach by the thought of my date with Kian. We would be alone for once, we hadn’t seen each other just the two of us for a while because the others would like to come with when we'd meet so there was just little time for just the two of us. He would pick me up with the car, which was all I knew. I took my phone and went downstairs to the living room, it was quiet in the house because mom and dad worked. When I would close the door to the back, the doorbell rang and I got a smile on my face. I opened the door and Kian smiled.

"Hey babe." He said and took a step closer to me. He was only a few inches away from me.

"Hello Kian." I said He put his hands on my hips and pulled me to him. We hadn´t seen each other this weekend and I had missed him so much. I felt pathetic that I missed him so much even though we met very often.

"Are you ready to go on a date?" He asked and smirked. I expected that he would kiss me and I made a sad face.

"Are you not?" He asked.

"Yes. But I'm ready for something else too, something you do when you're this close." I said and grinned.

"So, you were expecting a kiss. Yeah you will get a lot of kisses, but not yet!" He said and moved back.

"Kian, stop teasing me!" I exclaimed. He grinned and I made a sad face but took my phone and keys and locked before I took Kians hand again and we walked towards his car.

"So, where are we going?" I asked curiously.

"You´ll see." He said and grinned at me. He turned up the volume and both sang along to the song that was playing. I rolled down the window and felt the warm breeze hit my face. After about twenty minutes Kian stopped at a parking lot at the beach and he smiled at me before we jumped out of the car.

"We're not going to the beach." Kian said.

"Not? But where are we going then? "I asked in surprise.

"I love that you don´t understand something. You look so confused, you're cute." He said and took my hand. We started walking down the path towards the woods and it was really green and the sun was shining on the clear blue sky. It was a perfect day. We walked in silence, enjoying the woods. I saw several meters ahead a meadow, and wondered if that's where we were going. Suddenly he stopped and stood in front of me.

"Now you can´t see anymore." He said and grinned.

"Okay." I said curiously and smiled. He took one hand over my eyes and led us forward. He giggled when we went and it made me laugh. After just a few minutes we stopped.

"Here we are." He said as he took his hand away. I opened my eyes and saw a large blanket lying on the grass with a lot of different stuff on, food of course. And other goodies. I smiled broadly and was completely warm the body, no one had never done something like this for me.

"Oh Kian!" Was the only thing I got out, I looked at him and he smiled broadly.

"Like it?" He asked.

"Like? I love it! You know I love picnics. But when have you fixed this?"

"Jc and I did it before and he stayed here and looked out while I picked you up." He said, looking pleased.

"But oh," I said and threw my arms around his neck. He put his arms around my waist and we both smiled. It was just us in the meadow and everything was perfect.

"So, how about that kiss now?" He asked, grinning.

"Hush, don´t talk, it interferes." I said and grinned, he laughed until we both closed our eyes and our lips met. Slowly, we sat down and Kian lay me down on my back. He lay down on top of me and caressed my cheek. When he finished the kiss we both smiled to each other widely. We sat up and began to eat what he has brought. He also put on music in a speaker standing in the grass.

"You've thought of everything." I said and smiled.

"Of course, you deserve it." He said. I blushed slightly and took my hair to cover my face. Still I couldn´t take compliments without blushing, even from Kian.

"You do Jess. And you know I think you're so adorable when you blush." He said and took away my hair out of my face.

"Thank you Kian. And this is really wonderful."

"Anything for you Jessica." He said and smiled. We laid us down full and satisfied. I lay on his arm and we just lay and talked. He kissed me again and I felt the butterflies I my stomach. We stayed there for several hours and just cuddled.

"Was this a good date or what?" Asked Kian and smiled.

"Uh, yeah? It was and is wonderful. I really needed to meet you alone."

"Really?"

"Yes, because we never have time to be alone without any of the others are with."

"I'm so popular you know." He said and grinned. I hit him on the shoulder and he laughed.

"Well you're pretty wonderful." I said and smiled at him.

"You're pretty wonderful too Jess." I kissed him quickly and lay on his stomach and he stroked my hair.

"Do you want to sleep over at my house tonight?" He asked.

"Yes! I like your bed.” I said. His stomach was shaking and I heard him laugh.

"Can´t we go to the beach or something later?" He asked.

"Yes, of course!" I said. He caressed my back and I turned around so I met his face. It was completely silent and we just lay and looked each other in the eyes. Eventually we both started laughing and I fell down on the grass beside him. He suddenly started tickling me and I cried while I laughed. I broke free from his grip on me and stood up and started to run away from him. I turned my head back to see if he was following, which he was.

“Try to catch me!” I shouted and he grinned and ran after me. I knew he would catch up in just a few seconds, but I kept running across the meadow toward the woods and tried to hide myself squatting behind a tree. Suddenly I didn´t see Kian anywhere. I stood up and looked around, he was gone. Suddenly I heard a scream behind me and a second later I felt him behind me and he lifted me up in the air from behind.

"Gotcha!" He said in my ear, laughing. He turned me and we both laughed. I leaned against him and both were preparing for a kiss. Just before our lips met, I removed his hands from me and ran away back towards the meadow.

"Not okay Jessica!" I heard him shout behind me. I looked back and saw him running towards me, suddenly I stumbled on something on the ground and fell down on the grass. I heard him laugh and I started laughing too. I had landed on my face and turned around and held my nose.

"Are you okay, klutz?" He asked and sat down next to me.

"My nose." I said.

"You're not bleeding, so that´s good." He said, handing me his hand, and we stood up at the same time.

"Maybe we should go to the beach now, it seems it´s not safe for you here." Kian said and grinned.

"Funny, Kian." I said ironically. I went in advance, but he went up with me and hugged me from behind. Then he kissed me on the neck and I smiled, I turned around and took his face in my hands and kissed him.

We then packed up the stuff and walked towards the car and drove off towards the beach where we always went.
