Chapter 11

It was very crowded and we were looking for a free spot. We sat down and lay down on the blanket. Kian would get something out of the car and I lay on my stomach and let the sun shine on my back. Suddenly I heard someone whistle and I looked up. There were two guys a little further away and seemed to look in my direction. They grinned and started walking towards me, I started to get nervous and just wanted them to go to someone else.

"Hey, are you all alone?" Asked one of the guys.

"No, I'm not." I said.

"It looks like you are. Wanna join a volleyball game? "Asked the other who had a pair of blue shorts and held a volleyball in his arms.

"No thanks." I said kindly.

"Why not? You should be happy that we even ask." Said one of them cocky.

"Thank you for asking, but no thanks." I said and lay down again.

"Nice ass you got there babe." I heard one of the guys say. Just when I was going to sit up and say something I suddenly heard Kians voice.

"Hey that's my girlfriend." I turned around and sat up and saw him look at them. I was shocked when I heard him say "girlfriend", a smile spread on my lips.

"Wow, take it easy. She thought it was fun." Said he in the blue shorts. They turned their eyes towards me and my smile disappeared.

"Maybe because my boyfriend just came." I said and smiled confidently.

"Okay, fun for you. Well then." He said, and they went away. Kian sat down and grinned.

"Were they hitting on you?" He asked.

"A little, maybe, but it wasn´t so bad."

"Good. I don´t want anyone to hit on you." He said, and we lay down.

"So, am I your girlfriend?" I asked and couldn´t help but smile. I looked at him and he opened his eyes and turned to me.

"Would you be my girlfriend?" He asked and smiled broadly.

"Yes, I would, Kian." He took my hand.

"And I would probably be okay with being your boyfriend, Jessica." He said and kissed me quickly on the cheek.

"Hey Jess, Kian!" I heard someone shout. I sat up and looked around. I saw Jc and Sam stand a little further away. They motioned for me to come there.

"Kian, Sam and Jc are over there, should we go?" I asked him. He sat up and nodded. I was a little disappointed not to be with him all day but I was still glad to see the others.

"Guess our date is over." I said and grinned.

"No, we´re going to be alone later, so it´s not the end, it just pauses.” He said and smiled. We took our stuff and walked over to them. Jc, Sam and Cassandra sat on a blanket and talked.

"Hey guys!" Kian said and we sat down.

"Did you like the surprise Jess?” Jc asked and smiled.

"Oh yes, I loved it!" I exclaimed.

"What surprise?" Cassandra asked.

"Kian and Jc had fixed a picnic on a beautiful meadow to my and Kians date." I said and smiled.

"You love picnics!" Sam said.

"I know!!" I said and smiled. We started talking about other things and we sat there for an hour and had a nice time. Cassandra had to go but we others stayed for a while. But then we would go home to and we started walking towards the car park.

"Mom wants to invite the whole gang over and your parents like next weekend." I said.

"Sounds like fun!" Jc said and smiled.

"My parents would love that.” Sam said.

"Good" I said.

"What are you doing now?" Kian asked, probably to Jc and Sam.

"I´m gonna meet Jared." Sam said.

"Um, I'll probably meet Ricardo ... but don´t know." Jc said and scratched his neck.

"Haha. Good that you know what you´re doing." I said and grinned.

"Oh. What will you lovebirds do now? "He asked.

"We're going to my house, just chilling." Kian said. He was leaning against his car and pulled me to him so he was behind me.

"The usual then?" Asked Sam and grinned.

"Stop being so bitter because you don´t have a girlfriend." I said say jokingly, but regretted it immediately.

"I´m sorry Samie!" I exclaimed, and went up to him and threw her arms around him.

"Hey Jessie, it's cool." He said and pushed me away.

"Don´t you want a hug?" I said and made a sad face.

"You can hug me Jess!" Exclaimed Jc and grinned. I went to him instead, and he hugged me as he lifted me up. We all laughed.

"I should probably go now. Coming Jc? "Asked Sam. Jc nodded and they both gave me a hug and then I and Kian jumped into his car. It was nearly eight and we were both hungry and started cooking as soon as we got home. His parents worked so we had the house to ourselves. His older sister was not at home, but she was very rarely since she was 20 and not living at home, so she just came home once in a while.

He fried chicken and I made salad, we had music on and both sang along. I put the salad in a bowl and set table. Kian was focused on the chicken so I snuck up behind him and scared him. He jumped and turned around quickly. I started laughing when he looked so shocked.

"Haha, where I got to before when you scared me!" I said and grinned. He laughed and went back to frying chicken. I stood behind him and took his arms around his waist.

"It smells good" I said.

"I'm awesome at cooking chicken." He said and laughed. When it was finished, we sat at the table and began to eat. We talked a while and had it cozy. Afterwards we went up to his bedroom and he gave me a pair of sweatpants while he took a pair of his own. We sat in his bed and put on a movie. I loved that he wanted to cuddle with me and just take it easy. I lay on his arms and had a wide smile on my face.

"Jessie, I know I've said this before ..." began Kian and I turned my head toward his face.

"I love you. And I really mean it. I love you." He said, and I was filled with butterflies and I smiled broadly. I was just so happy.

"I love you Kian. So much." I said and he smiled as wide as I was. He took his hand on my cheek and pulled me close to him, he smiled. I closed my eyes and felt his lips against mine. He lay slowly over me and kissed me passionately.
