The start of the Seven, Eight, Nine tour holds many controversies, that of which each member holds a different perspective. At times perspectives clash and views do not align, but it is important to remember that this is a simple restatement of the band members' testaments, not a detailed description of events.

The truth is up to you to decide.

Camila: Before the tour had started, I had made Sunny and Billy promise to call me every day. They stayed true to their word the first few weeks they were out on tour, but as the days went by Billy had stopped calling, and suddenly my only constant was Sunny.

Sunny: When I found out we were going on tour I had called it quits with Mark. I never had a boyfriend prior to him, and having my first relationship go long distance was not exactly what I was hoping for. I knew my limits, but some of us did not.

After the first show we played on day one of our tour, the whole band had gone to a near by club and partied all night. Some of us did a few lines of whatever drug was being handed to us, and others drank any drink that was handed to us. But Billy on the other hand, he took both.

It was our first show, so I kind of overlooked the fact that he was going a bit overboard and just thought he was celebrating our accomplishments. I mean, the band was going on tour! This was something Billy had dreamed about ever since he was a kid, so it was totally acceptable to celebrate. That night first night on the road I wasn't worried for Billy, it wasn't until we hit the one month milestone was when I started to freak out.

The band was staying in some raggedy hotel in Phoenix at the time, and since we weren't exactly full out rockstars just yet, we were in a pretty sketchy neighbourhood. But the rooms were cheap, so everyone was able to have a room of their own for the first time in a while. It was nice to have some alone time during the tour, but when we stayed in suspicious hotels like that one, it felt a little daunting.

It was around four in the morning when I had woken up to the sound of my door knob beginning to jiggle. I sat up in bed and pushed my back against the headboard as I stared at the moving door knob, praying that the locks were built strong enough so that the person wouldn't be able to pick the lock. Outside the door I could hear a man groaning as he struggled to open the door, and I just prayed to myself that they would go away soon.
