Yesterday brought so many memories back I couldn't sleep at all last night I tossed and turned it was horrible I got up there was dark bags under my eyes I took a shower then slipped on a pair of leggings put my knitted boots that go up to almost my knee on and slip on my supernatural hoodie with my hair straightened I put make up to cover up my tiredness I walked down stairs grabbed my bag slipped my phone into my hoodie pocket an walked outside to see Ryder out there waiting I walk over to him where he's leaning against his car
"Hey baby"he says
"Hey"i say back reaching up to kiss him
"You ready"he asked
"I can drive myself you know"i smile
"Yeah I know but I also know you haven't eaten and if you drive you won't"he says opening my door I get in an he goes to the driver side and gets in
" I'm not hungry"i say as he drives
"You barely ate last night so your eating"he states
"Babe I'm not hungry" I sort of whine
"I don't care your eating"he says sternly pulling into McDonalds he orders me food and I eat we pull into the school and go to first block class starts and Tyler walks in an sits where he does to help the teacher but I act like I don't see homer get through class and finally the bell rings
School seems to drag on and on me and Ryder were walking down the hallway to leave at the end of the day
"Addilyne"i hear my name being shouted
I look back and see its Tyler I turn back and keep walking he shouts again than I hear him running he runs and stops in front of us
"Please just lets talk"he asks
"Last time"i state shortly
We walk into an empty classroom Ryder is holding my waist while we stand there
"I know I truly messed up when I left you an I'm sorry but I want to be in your life"he says
"Why did you even leave me"i ask my voice cracking
"I couldn't take it anymore I couldn't take the beatings the hatred I couldn't take that Rylinne was gone"he says
"No don't say her name"i growl
"Why"he says
"You weren't there to help you didn't help us you took the chance to leave but left me behind you don't deserve to say her name or talk about her you didn't just break my promise you broke hers"i say almost crying
"She's my sister to you know"he says getting mad
I felt Ryder stiffen beside me I look and see the confusion on his face
"Stop"i say about to break down
"It's been four years Addilyne"he says
"What the fucks that matter she's still gone she's still not coming back"i yell crying
Ryder pulls me into his arms and rubs my back telling me it's okay
"You have to get over it"he says
I pulled out of Ryder's arms and was in his face in seconds
"Get over it? How do you want me to get over finding my sister about to hang herself how am I suppose to get over watching my sister take her last breath while I couldn't do anything you want me to get over seeing the only person that cares for me kill herself well I'm sorry I can't get over it I'm sorry I still care"i scream in his face
"I didn't mean it that way"he says
"It doesn't matter it is what it is and you said it I'm done talking to you"i say taking Ryder's hand and walking out

I look back and stare at him for a second and just say
"Get over it"
We finally get home and go sit on the couch I'm sitting on Ryder's lap with my head on his chest while he rubbed my back
"My sister was a year older than Tyler"i say quietly
"You don't have to tell me baby"he says soft kissing my head
"She was always so happy she would smile all the time no matter what but I knew she was broken inside but God did she try to hold on she would always say not broken just bent one day I came home from school while Tyler stayed after he want home thankfully I walked up to mine and rylinnes room open the door and see her standing on a chair slipping a rope around her neck I remember begging her to get down and stay with me all she said was
"He broke me but Remember I will always love you and I'll always be there with you promise me you'll get away and be the woman I know you'll be" I promised her and begged her I remember yelling
"Please don't leave me"
But she looked at me smiled with a tears rolling down her face
"I love you" she said then kicked the chair over I tried to save her but I saw the life leave her eyes when she took her last breath I ran and called 911 but I knew it was to late every night I would sneak out and sit at her grave until morning the only thing that kept me from taking my life was the promise I made her"i cried into his chest
"Baby I'm sorry"he says

We sat there with him rubbing my back in complete silence with each other's comfort.
