I woke up in my bed by myself Ryder must have carried me up here yesterday I don't know how I got so lucky to have a guy like him j get up go into my bathroom that's attached to my room take a quick shower change into a pair of Ryder's sweats and a tank top I put my hair in a messy bun and walk down stairs to see Ryder putting breakfast on the table
"Hey baby I was just gonna come wake you"he smiles at me
I smile back he sits in front of me on the other side of the island I start to eat and he checks something on his phone than turns it to me
"Look at this babe"he says
It seems to be a picture that says something but I can't see it because I don't have my contacts in and I'm definitely not wearing my glasses I start squinting but can't see I just smile like I read it
"Go put your glasses on"he said sighing
"I don't need them"i told him
"Yes you do what did that picture say"he asked knowingly
"You read it I don't have to tell you"i say shoving food in my mouth hoping he will just let it go
"Glasses now"he growled
"Mmmmm"i hummed around food
"Your going to wear your glasses your not gonna make your eyes worse"he says looking me in the eye
"Can I ask you something?"i ask him
"Yes once you go put your glasses on"he says
"Jesus! Fine"i huff stomping up the stairs
I go get my glasses off my dresser and put them on and walk back down and plop back down in my seat with a huff
"Wasn't that hard was it and you look beautiful in them"he says sincerely
"Mmm"i mumble
"Mhm now what did you want to ask"he asked
"Uh I wanna know why you act so fatherly to me instead of letting me do what I want"i ask
"Because a pretty girl like you shouldn't be swearing an everyone needs a little guidance in life to the right way and your so stubborn it just takes a little more and because I Love You"he says seriously looking in my eyes
"I love you" I say back finally understanding
He smiled and to me today could be a lazy day for us we go into my room and put my favorite movie in The Breakfast Club
Halfway through it somehow I managed to be sitting on his lap with my head on his chest with him propped up on the headboard he was rubbing my back and it felt great the movie credits started to roll I looked up and he was already staring at me I looked into his eyes he looked at my eyes than down to my lips an back to my eyes he leaned up and put his lips to mine we started to kiss my arms instantly went around his neck and I turned and straddled him without breaking the kiss he put his hands on my hips he licked my bottom lip wanting entrance thought I was being cute and denied it than I felt him squeeze the back of my thigh I gasped and he took his chance we made out than stop both breathing heavily I leaned my forehead on his and stared at him
"I love you"i whispered
