Chapter 39: The letter

Gregory's POV:

I opened the letter to see what it was in the letter. It was the government demanding something. Another mission?!? Really, now! I read it.

Agent Fox,

We have another mission for you to do. But this time, another person request it, but we don't know what it is. They asked us to give you a letter to meet them in this location.

Burned ruin warehouse.

The same warehouse where the mission you did, 4 years ago. The person will be waiting for you there. Plus, the mission is simple meet them there. Just bring some people just in case. If this person is dangerous, we don't know if they are dangerous or not. But we need you to check it out, your other agents are busy at the moment. So, you need plan this alone. We know you have your team help you. But this time, they are really busy .

This is bullshit, my team never abandoned me before. But why? This is other of Fable's plans isn't it? Why did she do this? I think she is trying to lure us to her so she can kill Evan right in front of our eyes. But why? I know, but she need to learn the truth. She still thinks I was the distant one. I was the one who left you for dead. I think that is a trap for all of us, I think she wants you to watch me to be kill. So she can have you as her sibling again. But that won't do anything because we both are immortal because of reasons of ours. But we will stop her, I promise, Ivory, ' Evan said, but his voice changed a bit. Like a mix of Evan and Alexander's voices.

I looked at him, " You promise, Evan, " I asked to and he nodded. " But you need to be careful because you are pregnant in you. I love you, you know that," he put his hand on my cheek. I looked into his eyes, he wasn't lying. I can see it in his eyes, " I love you too, Evan, " I said and I buried my face in his chest. He stroked my hair, " Which time it say? " Evan asked to me, and I looked up at him, " At night, like tomorrow night. We need to bring some help, maybe my siblings and my team. Plus your team, of course, that's sure do it. I think the government was forced to write this letter because I can tell. The tying seems rushed, and plus they had like a few minutes to read this, " I answered.

Evan looked at the letter, " You are right, that's means if this rushed. That's means, they were threatened. With something? " Evan looked at the letter, and I looked at it as well. I saw there was blood on it, " Blood, " I observed, Evan looked at it. " Yep, that is blood. Looks like your boss is dead, " Evan glanced at me. My boss who is the boss of agency I work at is the one gives out the missions. The ones me and my team get are dangerous as hell.

" Well, I need to call my sister and my team, " I said, Evan looked down on me. " Okay, I will talk to my team. Okay, plus I have a meeting with the team about shit again, " Evan said, I left the office. I know this is Fable's doing, she is trying to kill Evan since a long time. She really needs help like help help. I went to my room, well, Evan's room. I just stayed there when I visit Evan. I went into my room, I took out my phone. I dialed my sister's number and I waited for a bit. Then she answered.

Za: Hey Gia, what do you need?"

G: " Hey Eliza, I need help with something. It has Fable involved in this."

Za: * Silent *

G: " Eliza, Eliza are you okay?"

Za: " I am fine, it is just Fable. I know what you told me what she did. You know I love her, but tell me. Are you going to kill her?"

G: * Hesitant to answer, then *" No, I will not. I want to help her, she needs it. You can  help her as well. I want her to understand the truth, but she doesn't want to listen to me."

Za: " Okay, I will help. But you need your team for this, why are you asking me?"

G: " We need your help because we need as much help we need to stop her. Plus, I think she has a team of her own. Vince is part of it, we need to stop her. Get Mike to help us."

Za: " Okay, I will call him. But be safe, little sister. Please, I don't want to lose you,"

G: " Don't worry, now I need to talk to Evory now."

Za: * Shocked* " Evory is alive!"

G: " Yes, but bye for now."

Za: " Bye sis."

I hung up the phone, then I left my room. Back to Evory's room again, I sighed as I was walking in the hallway. Then I heard something, and I looked around me. It sounds like laugher and voices. I knew this is other of my hallucinations, I shook my head. Then it was gone, I went to Evory's room. I knocked on his door, " Come in, " I heard his voice. I opened the door, " I need to talk to you."
