Nick and Charlie 🫶 (oneshots)

A casual day

Charlie's perspective:

I wake up from the sun shining in my eyes, I roll over to check what time it is, and it's already 10am. I go to check my messages cause I always wake up to a text from Nick that says "Goodmorning love" or something like that,  but there's no message. It's weird, he always wake up before me, like he has never not gotten up before me. I decide to get up and go to nick's house to check if he's okay. I know I could just text his mum, but I was going over there today anyway. 

I get up, put on some clothes and then leave and go to nick's house. As I get there I see that Sarah's car isn't there and I start to worry a bit more. He would never go anywhere without telling me or asking me to come with him.

 I knock on the front door, but nobody answers. I decide to just go in, it's not like Sarah would mind. When I open the door I expect Nellie and Henry to come running, but they don't. I go straight to nick's room and when I open the door I feel so relieved. He's still asleep. I was really scared something had happened and Sarah had rushed him to the hospital or something, but nothings wrong. He is just laying there, and I know he's okay cause I can hear his small cute snores. I walk over to the bed and lay down next to him. I play with his hair for a bit, but then I slowly fall asleep...

Nick's perspective:

I wake up and I feel something breathing on my neck, I of course think it's Nellie, but when I turn around I see Charlie curled up next to me. Shit. What time is it? I check my phone and its 12pm. I went to bed so late last night cause I had to study for my exams this week. Why did he come here though? "Char.." I whisper as I remove his hair from his face, he slowly open his eyes and look at me. "Hi sleepyhead" he says with a crispy voice "I think you're the sleepy one here" I answer with a slight chuckle. He cuddles his head into me and let out a sigh. "Why did you come here, not that I am complaining, I just wanna make sure you're okay" Charlie starts laughing a little "What?" I say, "Of course I'm okay nick, I came here to make sure you were okay since you hadn't texted me this morning." "I love you" I say. "I love you"he answers. 

Charlie's perspective:

After that we just sort of lay there. Looking into each others eyes. After a while we put on a movie, but nick doesn't even get through 10 minutes of this movie before he is asleep. I wonder why he is so tired. I look around the room, and when I look at his desk there are paper, pens and books everywhere. He was studying. Why didn't he ask me to come and help him? He knows I'll do anything for him, and I know he struggles with school, and exams and his anxiety. 

After about an hour he wakes up. "Hi love" "Im sorry, did I fall asleep? Im just so tired today", "You could have asked me to help you study you know? I love helping you, and I know you get stressed out about this stuff" I exclaim "Sorry, I didn't wanna bother you with this" he says "You never bother me" I pull nick into a hug, and after what feels like hours but probably only was 10 minutes we let go of each other and put on a new movie.
