The darkness of the forest deepens. This darkness and the coldness is familiar to me as I had already spent an entire sleepless night here before. The footsteps are loud. I feel alone even among the other team members. All i can do is walk along with them but keep a little distance.

"Man this game is pointless. I could just sleep in a garage." Shikamaru complains. "Man you could sleep standing." A voice which seems to belong to Sai speaks out. A few of them laugh. The game is pointless indeed. We have just walked back and forth from the hotel to this forest.

"Hey where are you heading to!?" One of the team members shouts asking a member from another team. "As if I would tell you." A voice echoes. Many of them were walking without any certain plan. Who would build a farm house in the middle of nowhere? Thinking of the small cottage in the forbidden forest, that doesn't sound so weird anymore.

"President, why don't you take the lead?" Lee's voice is the most recgonisable one for me after Sasuke's. Sasuke seems uninterested. He says wavering him off,"Gaara is better suited for that." "Don't drag me in." Gaara dismisses the idea as well.

Then a sign board which only I have noticed so far came to the view. It was standing in the darkness out of everyone's sight. It was pure coincidence that my gaze swept to that side. A arrow is pointing to a certain way. I wait for a few people to discover it but nobody bothered to point it out. I sigh. "Can you take a look at that sign board?" I was surprised by my own voice.

Most of them turned to take a look at me instead. I point to the sign board wanting them to avert their gaze as soon as possible. "Damn, how come we didn't discover it until now?" Maybe you have poor eye sight? Nobody bothered to thank me but started to ridicule me instead. "I thought you were a damsel in distress. You came quite handy."

"Wh-what!? I have never bothered anyone before!" I couldn't help but raise my voice for defense. I suddenly notice Sasuke's eyebrow being lifted. Is he mocking me silently? Kiba came forward as his arms are folded. Here comes the verbal abuse. "Didn't you drag our president down?" What president, president? Can't you just call him by his name? Although my mind was being blown with all sort of responses I could deliver but my mouth wasn't big enough to let it all out.

"He was the one to expose his location!" I speak. Kiba says,"Is that so? So what? Who would want to be stuck with a stinky bastard as you?" Veins pop on my forehead. I speak,"Go smell yourself first. I would mistake you for a dog if I didn't have eyes." Laughter erupted. Although my voice was low, all of them could hear my savage response loud and clear. I am dead now, am I not?

Malice flashes on his face. I feared that any time his claws will come out and then he will scratch my face until it's all bloody and messed up. His chest was fumming until he looked at a certain person and he calmed down. How come Sasuke has full control over him? Is Kiba really a dog whose leash is in the hands of Sasuke?

"Let's not waste anymore time here." Sasuke speaks out with frost in both his face and voice. "What if it's a trap to make us confused and to lead us to the wrong way?" Sakura speaks timidly. "That's a valid point." Shikamaru agrees. "Well is it alright if it's only one person to make it to the farm house? Does it not make all of us the winners after all?" He says again. He seems to hold a point.

"Are you suggesting that one of us should follow the way that the arrow is pointing?" Sai asks. Shikamaru says,"That's not necessary. Why not divide the group into two? One will go this way and the other will take that way." They exchange glances and seem to come to a conclusion.

Soon the group was divided. How could I be separated from Sasuke? He dragged me with him to wherever he went. It wasn't just me, his loyal dog would follow him as well. Who else could it be? It was Kiba. Two other people was with us. Gaara and Sai.
We are supposed to follow the arrow and our group is smaller than the other. We didn't waste anymore time.
