Chapter 13

The girls got to work as soon as they walked through the door, while Lux made herself at home on my lap the entire time, me seated on the couch enduring the painful hair-pulling and make up being poked in the eye occasionally. I made Bunny turn the TV on so I could watch the boys' interview. OH THERE IT IS NOW!

"And here's our special guests for today, One Direction!" The interviewer announced.

Screams erupted from the audience as the boys walked out, waving to a few of the girls, sitting on the couch next to the interviewer.

"So, how are you guys liking New York?" The dude asked.

"Its been amazing, great energy from the crowds." Liam said with a smile.

The interviewer smirked, "Now, Niall, I heard there was a big surprise for you at your MSG performance last night, care to share?"

Niall grinned, blushing a little, "Phoenix actually surprised us during the Twitter questions. It was really amazing. I'm really happy that she's back with us again." He said.

"So how long have you and Phoenix been an item?" the interviewer...... lets call him Larry, just to make it easier, said.

"About three, almost four months now."

"And is it true that Phoenix spent most of that in the hospital in Nashville? How did you guys live without her? She's usually around you 24/7." Larry asked.

Liam decided to answer for Niall, which I saw Niall give him a grateful look, "Nix was in the hospital for about 3 or 4 months, and it was really hard living without her, considering she was with us for 6 months straight before that. We didn't even know what to do with ourselves, it was just too quiet without her around." He answered. I smiled at Liam's answer.

"Now, I know this is more personal stuff involving Phoenix, and I'm sorry for prying, but is she ok? I know that she was kidnapped for a few days while you guys were in Nashville." Larry said. I didn't mind him prying actually, but the boys seemed a little hesitant over it, so I grabbed my phone from beside me and texted Niall saying "Its ok, babe, you can tell them, I don't mind.". He checked his phone on the TV and showed the boys, and they all nodded.

"Her left arm is mostly paralyzed from what happened, so she's going to need more help from us, but she took her boot off this morning and she was more hyper than ever. Literally bouncing everywhere. So, I would say she's doing fine." Niall said with a smile. The crowd laughed.

"And how do you think she's coping with her arm being paralyzed?"

Louis answered, "Well, I think she's doing fine with it because she straightened Harry's hair this morning before he woke up. I have to say, it was pretty funny, wish I could have gotten a picture." Louis chuckled.

Larry asked the boys a few more questions about random stuff before saying, "Alright boys, I have a few audience members that want to ask you a few questions, then we're going to answer a few questions from Twitter."

The boys agreed and the first girl stood up, a giant smile on her face, "Ok, so this question is for Niall. What is your favorite thing about Phoenix?" She asked, causing the boys to chuckle.

Zayn elbowed Niall in the side, "Looks like you two are the new power couple." He said, laughing.

Niall blushed his cute little blush, "If your question was 'what are you favorite things about Phoenix', that would be a different story-"

"And we would be here for a few hours." Harry said cheekily. Niall's blush darkened.

"If I had to choose one thing, I would say her smile or her personality." He said, making the audience 'aaawwwwwwwwww'.
