Patty, Burt and Brer Rabbit went back to Walmart at the same time.

"I can't believe Brer Frog wants us to get him more tobacco" said Burt.

"Yeah. We just got him a bucketful last week. That frog better be careful or he's gonna get lung cancer" said Patty.

The three then saw Chad sanding a piece of wood outside the store.

"Chad? What are you doing here? I thought you and Marlyn were on your date at Pecos Bill's Tavern" said Burt.

"Marlyn changed our plans. The dear girl thought it'd be more romantic if we made furniture together. Isn't that lovely?" said Chad.

"Uh... yes sir! Cuz all doze romcoms where day make furniture togetta is just fabulous" said Brer Rabbit.

"Where's Marlyn now?" said Patty

"She's getting us milkshakes. Oh, how sweet of her" said Chad.

Marlyn came out of the store with only one milkshake.

"Hi-ya, Mar. Chad was just telling us about your date" said Patty.

"Yeah. I think you forgot his milkshake" said Burt.

"Uh... no I didn't. We're sharing" said Marlyn handing her milkshake to Chad.

"We're even sharing a straw. How intimate!" Chad swooned.

Brer Rabbit, Burt and Patty entered the store then.

"Brer Burt? Sis Patty? D'you smell somethin' fishy?" said Brer Rabbit.

Patty sniffed the air. "Yeah. It's probably the bait."

"No, I's talkin' bout Sis Marlyn. I don't trust her" said Brer Rabbit.

"I think she's a nice lady" said Burt.

"Me too. And you don't trust anyone, Brer Rabbit. I mean, you had your doubts about Jeremy at first" said Patty.

"What at first. I was only completely sold on 'im wen e gave me dat video" said Brer Rabbit.

The next night, Chad danced home from his second date with a big grin on his face.

"Well, it's about time! You is thirty-seven seconds late! I was worried sick!" said Brer Rabbit.

"So, Chaddy, how was your second date? Did you go to a nice restaurant or a movie this time?" said Patty.

"Actually, we made a tea table. It was lovely. And tomorrow she's taking me to the lumber yard" Chad sighed.

"What's that?" said Burt.

"The lumber yard. Marlyn said she hasn't a car and needs help carrying wood. And she chose me. How darling of her" Chad swooned.

Then he skipped away, completely blind at the fact that Patty was beginning to suspect something.

"Burt, Brer Rabbit. I'm starting to think Marlyn might be using Chad for free labor" said Patty.

"Ya think?! O' cou'se she's usin' 'im!" said Brer Rabbit.

"Holy fraud in the inducement! We have to tell Chad!" said Burt.

"You're right. We'll set 'em straight tomorrow when we go get Brer Possum another girdle. Apparently, he ripped the one we bought him the other day" said Patty.

"Mark my words! Dat Brer Possum is fat, fat, fat!" said Brer Rabbit.
