It was happening again, the memories were flooding back. He knew better than to talk about it. He had to forget, push the memories back. Fate rushed to their bathroom, reaching into the medicine cabinet. He could see flashes of pink butterflies luminating the forest. In the midst of the light was The Elder. His long platinum blond hair with pink tips, his gorgeous pale blue eyes, his sweet lips. Each flash sent sharp pains to his head.

"Where is it," Fate moved the medicines around and grabbed his medicine. He popped open the pill bottle just as he was about to take it. He felt another sharp pain in his head and with it another flash. He could see himself on top of the Elder, their lips inches from touching. "Stop it, I don't want to remember," He opened his eyes. The pills were falling down the sink drain. The sharp pain in his head must have caused him to drop the bottle.

"No," Fate tried to catch the pills but it was too late. They were washed down the drain. "Shit," He punched the wall leaving an intention of fist on the canvas.

Fate placed his hand on his head as the memories continued to plague his mind. He sat on the floor in their bathroom feeling flash after wicked flash, each one bringing unbearable pain.

"Soren, forgive me," Fate closed his eyes as the memories flooded back.

He stood there holding his sword standing before a small army of vampires. Surrounded him and his team but he wasn't about to let them destroy another village. His blue eyes locked on the army of vampires watching their every move. In their faces. He could see the face of the vampire that murdered his parents. He'd kill them, all of them.

Fate let out a loud scream charged at the vampires, chopping one's head off. The second one tried to attack him from behind. He cloaked a throwing knife in spirit, hitting him right in the throat. Spiritual energy turned his body into dust purifying him. More vampires gathered on him, still Fate kept attacking, cloaking his blade in spirit, killing one after another showing no mercy.

"You want me, come and get me." Fate cut his hand drawing blood. The vampires smelled his human blood and came running toward him. He cut one in half, took out a knife and jammed into a vampire's skull. While he was on top of it, he kept stabbing it's skull repetitively until he was out of breath.

"Commander, look out,"

A vampire tried to bite Fate's neck. Before it could, A spear flew at it striking it with a burst of spirit turning it into dust.

"Nice save, Kaiba," Fate placed his hand on his comrades shoulder. He had long black hair that went to his mid back. His right ear had a blue feather ear piercing. His other ear had a gold stud piercing. He wore a blue battle robe that left his right shoulder exposed. His shoulder had tattoos of a dragon swirling around his arm, constricting it, its jaws opening as if it were attacking.  Small water bubbles were coming out of its mouth. He was equipped with a spear, it was crafted with the initials K.F. on it. The long blue pole was sturdy, capable of withstanding large amounts of spirit use. Two feathers were tied around the tip of the pole. One feather was blue, the other white with blue accents. This spear was Kaiba's signature weapon. He never went anywhere without it.

"Anytime commander," Kaiba punched Fate's shoulder. "Though," His blue eyes glanced over at the vampire corpse with several knife punctures in the skull. "Was that really necessary sir?"

"Of course, vampires aren't people, they're monsters. Like all monsters, they deserve to be killed and I'm the executioner." Fate pulled the knife out of the vampire's skull. "They want us to be afraid but it's not us who should be afraid. It's them."

"I see," Kaiba eyes lingered on the corpses of vampires that were piled on top of each other and being burned to ash. "But if we start killing them mercilessly doesn't that make us monsters?"
