Selene headed up the steps of the castle making her way to the shrine of the bats. Lord Alexander's throne room. The moment she pushed the door open. She saw Lord Alexander's throne flipped over and lying next to her feet. The wall behind where the throne used to sit was destroyed. There was rubble from the wall scattered on the floor. She motioned to Scythe who was standing next to her. He rushed over to Lord Alexander's side. The King was standing there looking out through the broken wall.

"My Lord, are you hurt?" Scythe asked him. The King refused to take his eyes off the destroyed wall. He wasn't hurt, not physically but emotionally he was torn. Which could only mean. He knows of Angel's betrayal. The signs were all there. Only one person could have done all of this. The King was hurt so hurt, he couldn't even bring himself to say the words. The words not even Selene wanted to hear.

"Angel's betrayed us all," Lord Alexander balled his hands into a tight fist. The moment those words left his lips. A pattern of events would occur. First priority being finding a new commander. Second, order that commander to take the team and kill Angel. Killing Angel would become the new primary objective. Fighting Angel she could manage but to kill him. She wasn't sure if she was up for the task.

"Father," Blaire kicked the doors to the throne room open. "What is the meaning of having Nikan's heathens distract me? You think I'm some child. I do not need to be-," Her eyes wandered the throne room. The damaged wall, the throne on the floor. "Were we attacked? Where's Angel? As General, he should have-," She paused after looking into her father's hurt eyes. Her hands started to shake, a hint of a tear left her eye. A tear she wasted no time wiping away. "It was Angel, he did this, didn't he? Where is he?" She created a diamond sword. "I'll kill the bastard myself."

"You won't find him." Lord Alexander's words stopped Blaire in her tracks. "He's left the castle." He informed her. "Our Prince is gone and he's betrayed us all. He's fallen in love with a werewolf."

"He's what?" Blaire turned to face him. "No that can't be, I had him by the balls. He married me. Why would he cheat on me with some beast?" She threw her sword, the blade flew and struck the wall by her father's head. "So, he's the one, he's the one we're after. The one who got that bitch pregnant. I'll kill him, I'll fucking kill him and his wolf bitch too." She grabbed a diamond suit of armor and threw it on the floor. "Angel, you lying piece of shit." She kicked the helmet off the suit of armor . The helmet slid across the floor rolling at Selene's feet.

"Whoa, calm down there princess," Fate walked into the room. "What did that suit of armor ever do to you?"

"Enough, Fate," Blaire turned a glare towards him. "I'm not in the mood for your antics. Say another word and I'll chop your damn head off." She threatened.

"Aw, what's the matter?" Fate asked in a sarcastic yet sympathetic tone. "Who hurt your feelings?" Blaire got face to face with him. Her eyes glaring deep into his. "Let me guess," He smirked. "Angel finally came to his senses and left you. Good for him. I mean with that ugly personality of yours I'm surprised he didn't leave earlier." A hidden blade came out of Blaire's sleeve and she held it to his throat. "Oh please, Princess, do it," Fate's lips formed a confident smirk. He glanced down, her eyes followed his, realizing he had his sword in his hand ready to fight her. "I dare you," He stared into her eyes, glaring back at her. Blaire withdrew her sword from his throat. "Smart choice."

Lord Alexander went to speak. However, it was obvious to Selene what he was going to say. "That's enough, Fate." Selene spoke. "I get that you're itching to fight Blaire but this is not the time nor the place."

"Yes mam," Fate sheathed his sword.

"Thank you," Selene replied, Fate nodded. "Now leave the room and let us handle this." Fate left the throne room. "Blaire, you should go as well." Blaire went to speak before she could, Selene held up her hand to stop her. "Listen to me Blaire, you're not in the right mindset to deal with this. Take a minute to cool off and I'll fill you in on the details after you've calmed down." Blaire glared at her. "I promise, I'll tell you everything."
