• It took him three years to stop saying "mud blood" instinctively, even though he made an effort the first year to stop when James called him out for it.
• Sirius would take James's invisibility cloak some nights to go sit out by the lake because he would cry and wouldn't want anyone to know.
• He stopped crying the third year, and the next time he did was when he ran away from home, and the only time after was when he found out what happened to James and Lily in 1981.
• He would transform into his animagus and stop by Grimmuald Place to see if he could get a glimpse of Regulus.
• He never liked talking about Regulus to anyone but Peter.
• Sirius didn't like talking through anything, at all, he'd get stony-faced and change the subject.
• By the sixth year if anyone brought up "Sirius' brother" Sirius would proudly sling an arm around James
• Sirius loved quidditch but never joined the team because he didn't want to play against his Regulus
