Naruto is (not) an idiot [RECONTINUED!]

CH 21

Naruto woke up to the sound of pounding at his door. He got up and dressed, as he walked to the door. He opened and at the door, he found:

"Sakura! What are you doing up so early?" Naruto looked at the sun, it was no later than 5:00 AM, the sun barely peeking above the horizon.

"I wanted to start coordinating the groups of ex-Haruno that will be staying with the Uzumaki, Uchiha, and Senju." Naruto nodded, and they both shunshined to a nearby office.

"I want Karin and Fusu in my office immediately." Three people jumped down from the ceiling and separated into blurs.

"Who were they?" Sakura was confused about why Naruto had ANBU under his control.

"Those are the Uzu ANBU. I had the organization created to replace the Root." Sakura was deeply concerned hearing about the root. "Don't worry Sakura. I would never use the ANBU of the Uzumaki for anything but helping people. Their closer to a sealing corps than Root."

"Then why are they trained like ANBU?" Sakura knew that sealing masters were abundant after the return of the Uzumaki in Konoha.

"Their identities need to be hidden as they are all not only potential successors should I die, but they also seal masters on my level." Sakura just about fainted upon hearing that. "All of them are equal in sealing skills with my father, Minato." Sakura took a seat and took a deep breath.

I made the right choice letting the Uzumaki destroy the Haruno and not the village... they'll be safe... Sakura had a stray tear roll down her cheek.

"I'm sorry Sakura. I know this must be difficult. Just know that your clan mates are safe, and all have excellent places to go from here." Naruto gave Sakura one of his sun beam smiles, and Sakura of course returned it.

"Thank you, Naruto... I needed that." Sakura was relaxed. For the first time in months, maybe even years, she was comfortable.

"You called?" Karin walked into the room the second the two finished their conversation.

"Yes, I need you to go with Sakura to sort out which Haruno will go where. I want those with sealing potential, or wind affinity to lean closer to the Uzumaki. Do. Not. Separate. Families." 

Karin decided to just take Sakura's shoulder and click her heels in acknowledgment. "Yes, Sir!" She said the words as she left the building.

"Kami..." Naruto rubbed his temples and sighed deeply. "ANBU!" The five masked people from before materialized in front of Naruto. "Has the information about Iwa and the Akatsuki come in?" The head of ANBU spoke up.

"Yes. It was confirmed that Iwa has suffered a coup, and the previous Tsuchikage has been murdered. Iwa has been under the control of the Daimyo's council, with all that was aligned with the previous Tsuchikage being murdered in gruesome ways." The head of the ANBU squeezed his hand. "No one was spared."

Naruto had to strain not to release bloodlust. "And the Akatsuki?"

"We've found that the Akatsuki have made Amegakure their home. The 'leader' of the Akatsuki has forced himself into the leader of the rain." Naruto's iron grip shattered the chair he was squeezing.

"I will be going to Iwa first. Are any civilians alive?" The ANBU shook his head.

"The Civilians that supported the third have already been killed or have already left the village. All have taken refuge in Stone County or Waterfall Country. Konoha and Suna have already sent relief efforts to the bordering countries." Naruto breathed a sigh of relief.

"Tell them they will have their homes back soon. The Uzumaki will make things right." Naruto Hirashined to Tsunade.

"Hokage-Sama!" Naruto shouted, Tsunade was surprised but didn't show it. " My ANBU has told me of Iwa's condition. I will be going personally. I'm going to destroy the village. I will have Iwa's Jinchuriki record the history of Iwa, and tell him of our coming." Tsunade gave a nod.

Naruto waves to his ANBU outside.

"My ANBU will take care of that. Please have your ANBU inform the Shinobi aiding in the Waterfall to be careful around the Rain Country." Tsunade gave a nod.

Naruto Hirashined to the gates of Konoha. He channeled Kurama's full power into his legs and began to sprint.

It shouldn't take long... especially since I'm just going to obliterate the village. Right, Kurama?

Yes, it shouldn't take long at all... so long as the interruptions are few.

A giant explosion occurred around halfway to the border of Grass.

You just had to say something, didn't you Kurama?" 

Kurama could just be heard laughing from the mind space.

"So you must be of the Akatsuki." A man in a clouded cloak dropped from the sky on a massive clay bird. "You didn't assist in Jiraiya's murder, so I'm willing to spare you." The man in clouded robes just put his hand in his pouch. "I see you need convincing."

A slow-moving, thick wave of chakra began to move in a massive circle around Naruto. The dome continued to grow, being filled with malicious chakra, as well as bloodlust. The cloaked figure soon entered the circle, coughing copious amounts of bile the second he entered. He began to shake, sweat was rolling down his forehead, joining tears that were rolling down his cheeks.

"Do you understand now? Mr. Akatsuki?" The figure slowly put his shaky hands up, as he nodded. Naruto began to lesson the chakra-blood lust mix and moved his way to the cloaked man.

"I'm a busy man. Tell me your name, discard your robes, and tell the Hokage of your new status in the Uzumaki." Naruto slapped a blood seal onto the man.

"I'm Deidra-" Naruto put up his hand to interrupt him.

"Your an Uzumaki as of this day. Your blood will change as I funnel my chakra into this seal. Understand that there is no changing my mind." Deidara gave a nod, preferring life in a village over death at Naruto's hands. "Then as of now, you are family!" Naruto pumped a large amount of chakra into the seal. Deidara's hair quickly turned red, and his pupils turned red as well. He soon lost all of the characteristics of his previous family, quickly turning to an Uzumaki.

"My jutsu is still here?" Deidara had expected to lose his jutsu upon conversion.

"Yes. In exchange for keeping your jutsu, you won't be able to use the kekkei genkai of the Uzumaki. Train for a few weeks and your chakra stores will grow to that of an Uzumaki." Deidara was ecstatic. He knew of the Uzumaki chakra stores from the leader of the Akatsuki.

"This is the part where you tell me about the Akatsuki, everyone in it, and their general power." Deidara nodded as he put up a few silence seals.

"Don't worry about that." Naruto summoned 5 clones, and they did a few hand signs before slamming their hands on the ground.

"Fuinjutsu! Pentagram!" The five formed a reversed star on the ground, suddenly, all chakra in the seal was cut off. "Nothing can get in through this seal, nothing can get out either." Deidara let out a sigh of relief.

"That's good, two of the members have absurd jutsu that let them faze through just about everything." Naruto raised a brow. "I don't know how the first one does it, he can move through the Earth, and even attach himself to people and hide." Naruto furrowed his brow at the thought.

"I'll ask Shinigami-Sama about it, I'm sure he'll know." Deidara paled at the thought of even feeling the presence of the Shinigami.

"Anyway... The second one uses a Mangekyo Sharingan." Naruto immediately grows concerned. "Its shape and nature are too unique to be anything else." Naruto nodded his head.

"Does he perhaps fade in and out of reality?" Deidara nodded his head in agreement.

"That's it." Naruto rubbed his temples.

"I guess that's the Madara impersonator, Kurama." Deidara looked confused.

"The what?" Naruto seemed to be pulled out of his head.

"Nothing, don't worry about it. I was just talking to Kurama the Kyubbi." Deidara seemed content with the explanation.

"That's all I needed, go to the leaf." Deidara nodded and flew off.

God, Kakashi's gonna be pissed.
