Warren rubbed his eyes a bit; surely he was seeing things. He had drunk too much and was hallucinating, right?

Very carefully, he approached the smoking man who appeared lost in thought. It was him though! And he was so much more beautiful in reality!

Warren almost fainted as his heart skipped a few beats. Could it really be? Could he be so lucky as to actually run into Jack, right here, right now?
Maybe the only reason they had never run into each other is because Warren never went anywhere, so now that he did, they met! That had to be it! Warren almost screeched in excitement; this was it. This was the moment he had been waiting for his entire life! Alright, not his entire life, but at least 7 years - ever since he had first laid eyes upon Jack's perfection.

Tristan took another drag from the cigarette and looked around to see if the young man was staring at someone behind him, but they were alone in front of the closed firm. Tristan had actually just come down to get acquainted with his new environment before starting on Monday, and had chatted a bit with his uncle David, and Martin Schäfer, Tristan's new partner, but both of them had gone home already, so he was left alone with a very freaky, yet very attractive guy.

"Can I help you?" Tristan eventually asked as politely as possible, after a few moments of silence in which the young man just stood in front of him, staring.

The other guy swallowed nervously. "H-hi."

Tristan nodded slowly. "Hello... Who are you?"

"I'm Warren!" he said happily, reaching out his hand.

After disposing the nearly finished cigarette, Tristan shook his hand. "Right, I'm-"

"I know who you are!" Warren beamed excitedly.

"You do?" Tristan asked surprised.

"Yes, of course I do. I've followed your career ever since the beginning," Warren added with a small blush. Even his accent was cute; he sounded German. Was that were he knew him from?

Jack seemed very surprised. "Really? So you're in the business too."

"What?" Warren asked horrified. "No, no, no. Not at all. I'm just... a fan," he muttered stupidly. "O-of you, I mean."

"Right... Okay then." Jack seemed a bit freaked out, so Warren really needed to control himself before he scared him off. And he had to do something fast because this was his only chance.

"Do you want to go for a drink or something?" Warren asked as casually as he could. "I-I know you get asked out all the time and stuff, but..." Stupid thing to say. "I don't mean out! I mean... like... stuff..." Warren wanted to smack himself.

Jack laughed surprised. "Do you know a good place?"

"Um... well..." Warren began hesitantly. "How about your place?"

Tristan was taken aback and stared at him in disbelief for a moment. Was that guy serious? And what did he mean by that? He couldn't possibly mean what Tristan thought he meant, right?
He had never gone home with a complete stranger before... But it had been so long since anyone had looked at him the way that guy was doing in that moment. As if he were crazy about him despite not knowing him. Except he had claimed to know him...
Surely Tristan was imagining things, and he just wanted to talk about something business related, right? Maybe he needed a lawyer.
But why was he looking at him in such a... lascivious fashion?

"Alright, sure," Tristan agreed as casually as possible. Was he really going to do this? Was he really going to take some random guy home for a possible one-night stand? Was Tristan even into something like that? He had never had a one-night stand in all his life.
"I'm staying in a hotel really close by. Shall we call a cab?" Well, he was in America, so he might as well try out something crazy, right?
Besides, he was probably misunderstanding the situation anyway, because there was no way that some random, hot guy just came up to him on the street and asked to spend the night with him, right?
Or was that a common thing in America...? Americans were really weird, after all.
