Niragi's POV:
As I walked away from the mirror, still crying, I heard a shatter. I looked back and saw that the mirror had finally broken. I ran towards it, but ran into another window right before I reached it. "Why does everything have to fucking change on me like that!!??" I yelled while banging on the window with my fists. I gave the window one more punch and kept walking.
I walked through more and more mirrors. I lost my sense of time. Each mirror I walked past and each window I walked into was a reminder that I might not get out of this game and that I may never see Chishiya again.
I approached a bench with two bottles of water sitting on it, one clear and plastic, one metal and coloured white. I hesitantly walked over to it and sat down. I looked at the bottles of water and took the clear one, not trusting the white one was really water. As soon as I took a sip of it the bench broke and I was suddenly falling into another room of mirrors. I landed on my arm. Pain shot through my arm like lightning and I yelled. I rolled onto my back and tried to lift my arm, but it hurt like hell. I took off my shirt and wrapped it around my arm and my neck to hold it up. I lifted myself up using my other arm and looked in front of me. There were 3 more bottles of water sitting on another wooden bench. "How the fuck am I supposed to know what bottle to pick!?" "You have been shown 3 bottles of liquid with either the word open or drink on it." Said a clown-like voice. "Each bottle does something interesting when you open it or drink it. If you open a 'drink' bottle and don't drink it you will be eliminated. If you drink an 'open' bottle you will be eliminated. You have 1 minute to choose a bottle. If you don't choose within a minute, you will be eliminated. One bottle that you will open will transport you to the next stage of this game. If you need a hint, take a sip from the extra bottle you fell down with." I looked back at the unopened bottle and picked it up. It was weirdly heavy. I examined it. A piece of paper was taped to it with the word "open" written on it. "How am I supposed to drink it if it says open? Am I just not allowed any hints?" I tucked the bottle in my makeshift sling and walked up to the bench. I was afraid to drink out of any bottles. The announcer said that there was a liquid in every bottle, but they didn't say what kind. I chose the furthest bottle on the right end of the bench, the opposite side of the last bottle I chose. It said "open" so I opened it up and waited. A piano dropped from the hole I fell through and I heard that stupid clown chuckle. I dodged out of the way before it hit me and circus music started playing from a speaker in the corner of the room. I sighed and picked up the next bottle. The very middle. The paper taped on read "drink." My heart raced as I put the bottle to my lips. I took a sip and waited. A boxing glove on the end of a spring came out of the wall in front of me and punched me in the throat. I fell and gasped for air, holding the front of my neck. "The last bottle." I said between gasps. I grabbed the bottle. Thank god it said "drink." I took a sip of the liquid and waited to be let into the next stage. A door opened next to me and I walked through, but all I saw were 3 more bottles on a bench. The door closed behind me. I learned on the wall and dropped to the floor with tears in my eyes. Still breathing heavily I cried wondering when this would be over. After a second I walked over to the bench and grabbed a bottle. It said "open." I stood there staring at the label. "....I- I give up." A tear ran down my cheek. I opened the bottle, and instead of waiting I drank it, ready to be eliminated. I looked up waiting for a laser to come from the ceiling and shoot through my skull, but nothing happened. Thump. Thump. Thump. I heard a thump that got closer and closer. The mirror wall with the closed door on it shattered open and through it came a giant clown. He had blonde hair under a round hat top hat. His overalls were baby blue with a blue and white striped shirt underneath and a large red tie over it. His clown makeup was simple and generic, except that it was all smudged. He had sharp teeth and blood on his white gloves with two large guns in the side pockets of his overalls. My life was about to end, but not in the way I wanted. He slowly thumped towards me, about to take a gun out of his pocket. I slid under his legs and ran through the mirrors he smashed open. I looked at the hint water bottle and thought for a second. I took the label off wondering if it would change anything. I thought maybe if I took the "open" label off it could be either a "drink" or "open" bottle. If it didn't change anything and I drank out of an "open" bottle, I was already facing the consequences, so what difference would it make? Under the label was another label written directly on the bottle in sharpie. "Throw" it read. With no hesitation I decided to follow the instruction. I raised my good arm to throw the bottle as the clown started shooting at me. I threw the bottle as hard as I could and crawled to corners to get away from the bullets. The bottle hit the clown and an explosion filled the room making my ears ring. I felt incredible pain in my skull and passed out on top of broken glass as it pierced my back and I bled out on the cold black floor.
