Eren: He acts like a child, always whining and asking you to cuddle him. You have to force him to take medicine and to let you help him eat. He would just lay in bed all day whining and crying for you to take the pain away.
Armin: He mostly takes care of himself but he does let you take care of him. He likes cuddles but is also afraid of getting you sick as well. He will take hot baths with you and let you help feed him. He takes his medicine and doesn't skip any meals.
Jean: He will act tough at first but will eventually act like a child. He will whine but take his medicine. He will take care of himself, but sometimes he will act like he can't do something so you can do it for him.
Levi: He mostly likes to take care of himself, but will let you help from time to time. He let you give him massages and head rubs. He will take most medicines and eat by himself without any complaint. He just wants this don't and over with so he can go back to doing what he does best: work.
Reiner: He would try and act tough ignoring the sickness until it gets bad. You will have to force him to rest and take medicine. He will try to argue with you but will stop once he knows you aren't going to change your mind on the matter.
