Eren: He will be so happy, he will go on a rant about how badly he has wanted kids. He loves seeing their smiles and how cute they are. And he goes on to say how your kids will be so special to him and how he will always protect them. He fears letting people down, so there is no doubt that he will protect them with his life.
Armin: He has always wanted a family, and he decides it is finally time to start one so he agrees. Ever since you've asked him he can't stop picturing little you'd running around. He likes to share his daydreams with you making you even more assured that he'll be a great dad.
Jean: He is so happy you would have thought he was the one wanting to get pregnant. He starts already talking about names and genders and you haven't even gotten pregnant yet.
Levi: He thinks every detail down to the core. He knows he is very busy and he doesn't want you to be the only one taking care of the baby. He is also afraid to have somebody else that he could lose, he doesn't know if he could take it. He eventually lets his guard down and says yes.
Reiner: He will be hesitant at first. Given how he grew up, he just doesn't want to put his own child through the same thing. He fears that he won't be a good enough father. He says he has to think about it, and given his pain you accept this. After we hike he will come up with pros and cons to having children, and luckily the pros outweigh the cons. He eventually will tell you his decision in the matter, which is yes he would love to have children.
