Tsunade was finishing her paperwork
The things she would do to be able to read the book Akira lended her which was sitting right next to her
Tsunade sighed
''Sometimes i wonder if this is even worth it....'' she mumbled to herself
''TSUNADE SAMA!!! HUGE PROBLEM!!''
shizune yelled rushing in
''What is it shizune!'' Tsunade gasped as she stood up
Shizune handed her a letter, as soon as she did Tsunade started to open it
''A letter from the feudal lord....''
Tsunade read through it
''I dont see what the problem is he send letters like these all the time-''
And then she saw it, her eyes widening
''What! Impossible. It says he needs a response by TODAY or else hell go through with it himself!? THATS UNREASONABLE!''
''You see thats the thing.....it isnt'' she said with a grimanced expression
''Huh?'' Tsunade said befuddled
''The letter actually arrived 6 days ago.....'' her last words traced with panic and uncertainty predicting her masters reaction
''WHAD DID YOU SAY!!?'' Tsunade yelled
''Eep! Im sorry but it isnt MY fault!!'' She said in despair
''WHY WASNT IT DELIVERED TO ME!''
''It got misplaced in a bundle of letters somehow-
''How is that even possible, a message from the feudal lord is marked important for a REASON!!'' Tsunade yelled
''It just did! And im pretty sure everyone in the corps is resigning cos they dont wanna face u. ...''
''OH THEYLL FACE MY WRATH YOULL SEE. BUT HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO SEND A REPLY BY TODAY. EVEN IF I DO IT WONT BE DELIVERED ON TIME''
''Uhhhhhhh'' shizune said nervously
And then suddenly Akira appeared.
''Akira?'' Tsunade jumped slightly from her sudden appearance
''I sensed tension. Is there some kind of a problem?'' She asked in her usual emotionless manner
''Oh uh- well u see theres this letter which got misplaced, and i was supposed to send a reply by today 7 30 pm. Theres no way any bird let alone ninja will be able to deliver it that fast.'' She replied a bit uncertainly
''How far is it.'' Akira asked
''Here.'' She said pointing to a spot on the map of the nations
''I see, even i cant teleport that far.....
Tsunade let out a sigh
....but...''
Both shizune and Tsunade looked at the girl expectantly
''Lets see, i think i can still make it, how long will you take to finish the response?''
"Not more than 20 minutes." Tsunade replied promptly a hint of hope now present in her voice.
"That means i can start by around 5 30, I can make it." Akira said.
''What. How! You yourself just said u cant?!''
