accepting of the challenge, team usa headed over to the spot to play against russ's brother and friends.

"my little brother russ here has been telling me that you've been choking big time."

"well your brother's got a big mouth!" jesse clapped back. everyone went silent. "uh oh." averman gulped.

"he does, doesn't he?" the boy smirked.

russ just held a tight lipped grin. "oh boy." ken let out a sigh of relief. "anyway we thought we'd call you all to see what you got."

"yeah. we know you can talk to the press and sign autographs and stuff." russ continued.

"we can do more than that." luis spoke up.

"oh yeah?" he raised a brow, "well we can teach you to play like the real team usa."

"what would you know about it?" dean questioned.

🏒

the game was going full speed, and team usa was starting to realize how good russ and his buddies actually were.

"you gotta earn every inch!" russ's brother shouted shoving dean against some fencing.

just as chrissy was about to steal the puck, russ scored against her. she had to admit, he was able to back up his trash talk.

"all right russ!" his teammates cheered.

"and then you take a few breaths, slug some water, and get out there and do it again!" russ announced throwing his water bottle at charlie.

"don't stand there, come and get it!"

"don't mind if i do." luis shouted coming up behind him. he scored, but fell into the fence. "woah! not again!"

"hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. use the brakes baby." a boy on the other team helped him up.

later in the game, fulton took his shot. like his usual goals, the puck flew, banging against the garbage can being used as a net, sending it over the fence and into someones windshield.

"eh, don't sweat it. happens all the time." russ's brother waved it off noticing charlie's worry.

"excuse me? can you throw it back please?" charlie pled calling out to the man who was stood by the vehicle. it must have not been his car since he didn't seem to care.
