Football event yay. My team was team number 2, consisting of Ella, Castor, Marie, Hayley and Paloma.

As we were team number 2, we played the first game of the event. That's a lot of pressure, to be honest. If you don't play well, people might expect the whole event is going to suck. And I have a feeling Chiron and dad don't want that. A small part in me told me that this event is to distract us from something. And I think we all subconsciously know what exactly; the upcoming possible war between the gods. That Percy Jackson kid better bring back the bolt.

Apart from that: Luke. My dear brother. Or well, dear... He's been acting kinda neglecting towards me the past few weeks. Yes, weeks. I don't like him for that. But now that he's gone I miss him. A perfect example of you only notice the music when it stops.

Ok so back to where we were. The football event. It was afternoon, yesterday was announced there'd be an event and today my team had to play. It was good we had Marie on our side at least, she's a Zeus kid so pretty much one of the most powerful people at camp.

Being team no. 2, we had to play the first game against team number 1, which consisted of 6 kids I didn't know the name of. All I knew was their godly parents, 2 dilf spa- Apollo kids, 1 poseidon kid, 1 Ares kid, and 2 unclaimed kids (probably children of minor gods). We decided to let Ella handle the Ares kid as nobody else probably could. Marie would be in the front either trying to score or to take care of the opposite team, Hayley would be in the back screaming what we'd do and my brother, Paloma and Castor would defense or try to to pass the ball to Marie. And me? I'd be the goalie. They trusted me and my dionysus plant powers to try and stop the ball.

We probably had the shittiest tactic ever. What was said in the last paragraph was our tactic. Anyways, an hour or so before it was time to play I was in cabin 12 with my brothers. "C'mon guys, you're gonna win, trust me." Pollux said. "You're lucky enough to be with your cabinmates." "That's true." Castor answered. "We should get going, Bea."

"Yeah." I said as I quickly got up. "Ya got some sugar for emergencies?" Pollux asked. I rolled my eyes. "Yes. Even if hypothetically not there'd always be others who do. I got friends, y'know." I said as I jokingly bumped against Pollux. "What a surprise." I was about to yell at Pollux but he quickly made his way out. The only reason Castor let me follow Pollux was because we had to go outside anyways. There we met up with Ella, Hayley, Marie and Paloma.

"You ready?" Ella asked. We nodded. We went over our strategy once more, talking about possible things that could happen and how to deal with that. "We just need three points. That's all. We can do this." Amazing pep talk. I mean, it came from an Ares kid so it wasn't sarcastic.

We set up in our positions and the game started. The opposite team immediately managed to get the ball. The Poseidon kid to be precise. They ran forward, trying to pass to one of the Apollo kids. Paloma managed to get the ball, but had to avoid a blast of water so she also lost the ball again. Castor took over. Because the Poseidon kid wasn't able to blast 2 waves of water so shortly after each other, when Paloma lost the ball Castor quickly took it. He ran forward, and got confronted by the second Apollo kid. They tried blinding my brother with light, but Castor was very able to move around without using his sense of sight so it wasn't a big deal.Until Hayley screamed something. "Castor, watch out!" Too late. My dear brother stumbled over the ball, fell, and had to roll to not be hurt. Castor quickly got up, but was too late to prevent one of the unclaimed kids to gain control over the ball. Hayley made the 😐 face but recovered quickly because of the next events.
