Chapter 6

Birthday Party Part 2

Lily's POV

Everyone left to get ready for tonight except Robin who brought her clothes with her. We ran around my room getting ready. I was curling my hair as she straightened her hair next to me. Once I was done I did my make up and I made my eyeliner look bold so my eyes would look very vibrant and pretty. I pulled on my blouse then skirt and tucked in my shirt. I heard a wolf whistle and I turned around. It was Tyler. I blushed and he came over. He kissed me. "You look beautiful." He said. "Thank you." I said. He pushed me to sit on the bed. He put my socks on and put my all black vans on my feet. "Thank you again." I said. He helped me up and we met Robin and Lucas downstairs. "Pleas be safe tonight." My mom said hugging me tightly. "I promise mom." I said. My dad came over and hugged me. "I really wish you were still a baby sometimes. I can't believe you are all grown up." He said. I felt tears on my shirt. I looked at him and wiped away his tears. "I will always be your little girl daddy. Never forget that." I said. He smiled and kissed my forehead. We headed out to the taxi waiting and went to the club to meet everyone. Tyler held my hand and kissed my cheek. "I feel like I am dating an old lady now." He said. I slapped his arm lightly. "I love you." He said. "You're the one who is older you brat." I said. He chuckled and kissed my head. "I got this for you. I saw it when I was out getting you your gift." He said holding out a jewelry box. I smiled and opened it. There was a beautiful sterling silver charm bracelet with all French charms like the Eiffel tower, a lock from the Pont des Arts Bridge, a pair of lips, and a Moulin rouge windmill. "It's beautiful." I said. He took it out and clasped it on my wrist. "Well I know you always have wanted to go to France and I thought this would be perfect until then." He said. "Thank you so much." I said kissing him. "Maybe one day we can go there." He said. "I would love nothing more." I said. We got to the club and you could hear the music pouring out the building. I saw everyone waiting for us next to a bouncer. I recognized the bouncer. "TV!" I shouted hugging him tightly. "Little Vanity." He said hugging me. "So you are letting us all in." I said. "Yes, I trust you all since you are all great kids just be safe and have fun." He said. I nodded. We all headed inside and it was amazing. I looked up at the DJ and saw my mom's old friend Oli Sykes. He saw me and waved. After he finished the song he was playing he spoke up. "We have a birthday girl in the house tonight. Happy Birthday to little miss Lillian Torres." He said. The whole club cheered and I blushed. "Get your ass up here." He said. I made my way through the crowd with Tyler behind me. I climbed up to the booth and Oli wrapped me up in a hug. "Happy birthday." He said. "Thank you." I said. He started playing a dance remix of Happy Birthday and Hannah came out with help of my friends carrying over a cake with candles and sparklers going off of it. I smiled and Hannah hugged me. I blew out the candles and some frosting was put on my cheeks. Tyler licked some off my cheek and I giggled. "Don't tell your mother." Hannah said giving me a shot. I smiled and downed it. Tyler helped me get the frosting off my face. We all enjoyed some cake. This club is apparently Oli's and Hannah's. After we finished talking to them we all went out to dance on the floor. Oli played one of my favorite songs Pumpin Blood. I danced with Tyler and I felt so alive and in the moment. I took Tyler's face in my hands and kissed him. I slipped my hands to his neck and wrapped my arms around it. He kissed me back and we danced. He lifted me up and spun me around. "I am going to go use the bathroom. Stick by Lucas and Robin." He said after we've been dancing for a while. I nodded and made my way over to them. Someone grabbed my arm before I got to Lucas and Robin and yanked me into them. I shrieked at the pain in my arm. I looked up and saw Brad. I screamed for helped but no one heard me over the music. He pulled me away from everyone. "What do you want?" I asked in tears. "You got me expelled from school you bitch. I lost my scholarship and acceptance to college." He growled. "I'm sorry." I said. "Sorry is not good enough. I am going to make you pay." He said pulling me out the back door. I searched for someone to help but I couldn't see anyone. As I was almost through the door, I saw Axel. I elbowed Brad hard and ran for Axel. Axel saw me and looked concerned. Brad grabbed me again and began dragging me away. Axel's eyes went wide and ran towards me. He punched Brad in the face and Brad let go of me. Axel kicked him in the crotch and got TV's attention from the front door. TV came over to us. "Get him out of here." Axel said. I was still crying. Axel hugged me tightly and let me cry. "Thank you." I said.
