I'm facing Tom's door, waiting for him to open it, it's almost 2 pm, he sleept as fuck, i came to check on him three times already and he was asleep

He opens the door, he looks tired

— What happened? i mean, besides what happened yesterday? — I ask him

— Oh, it's nothing, i was just having some memories, hah, by the way, sorry again for yesterday — He puts his hand on the back of him neck, but it looks like it hurt him somehow

— You know that was nothing, Tom

— Eh...anyways...

— Are you in any pain? — I ask

— Uh...well...my head hurts...

— Oh, makes sense, but, it looked like you felt pain when when you touched the back of your neck, did you get hurt by the claws or something?

— Well...no...it's just that...i think my skin is sensive to touch, that usually happens after that thing deactivates...

— Oh...any other things happen when it deactivates?

— Well...what i notice is, the sensory parts gets very sharp? Noises feel louder,  my skin hurts to touch, not to mention that i think we didn't leave the alert state yet, so we get easily startled and kinda jumpy by small things

— Wow! that sounds horrible

— And as much as it sounds crazy...it gets a little difficult to recognize ourselves in the mirror for a while...

— ...Oh...that sucks, dude...i'm sorry...

— ...eh...it's fine

— Oh, and about the memories?

— You know, i remembered a lot actually

— Oh, fine, i don't think you wanna talk about it a lot, do you?

— Yeah...not at all...

— Come, let's go have breakfast! You can tell me about that later if you want

Me and Tom go together to the kitchen, what i find weird, since Tom didn't even insist on staying in his room

We sit on the table a bit and talk for a while, Tom looks very tired and down, it's understandable

He eats breakfast, i just keep him company, since i had lunch already

— Hey Tom, can i talk to you a bit more about that rainbow sector thingy? or do you prefer not to remember that?

He stays quiet for a second
