A pain ached in Hunter's heart, as he was walking through an old park. He didn't really had an exact destination, where he wanted to go, he just let his legs lead the way. While he was trying to sort things out in your head.

Originally, Hunter was supposed to spent Saturday night with his girlfriend at the new Cosmic Frontier movie, that just came into the cinemas.

But Winona cancelled their date, because of that some amazing deal she got with some dealer that lived across the town and he apparently didn't had time later.

And honestly speaking, this wasn't the first time that Winona cancelled their plans at last second.

Hunter let out a deep sigh, just thinking about his girlfriend made the pain in his heart grow.

For the past 2 months their relationship began to get rocky. Winona became more involved in a world of drugs, she stated to pay less and less attention to Hunter. Only calling him when she needed his help, wanted to use him as an bodyguard, or wanted sex.

Hunter closed his eyes, he didn't know what to do. He knew that Winona was using and dealing drugs before they started dating, but she never went to far with it. Until recently.

"It's okay.. I'm okay! W-we can go watch it another time haha..." he said to himself, buried heels of his hands into his face nad stopped walking.

What was he even saying? What a pathetic lie that he was telling himself.
He wasn't okay, he wanted his old girlfriend back, he wanted to stop feeling so miserable, he wanted to stop making his family and friends worry over him, he wanted to stop pretending that he enjoyed having sex with her.

He didn't want to fell into the same dark pit that he was trying to crawl out of.

"I just want it to stop..." he said.

"Stop what?" A sudden voice made Hunter jump, he turned his head to see his friend Gus.

"Jesus Gus! Stop sneaking up on me!" Said Hunter, as he was trying to calm down his beating heart. Gus shrugged his shoulders, "you wanted what to stop?" Her repeated.

Hunter got nervous, he glanced at his best friend, not sure how to phrase his answer. Gus was silently watching him, waiting for his to answer. Hunter swallowed hard. "W-well, you see-" "did Winona ditched you again?" He asked and raised an eyebrow,

Hunter froze for a moment, "how did you know?" He asked sceptically. "Dude, I knew instantly." He said and walked closer to him, "I know you better than you know yourself."

"She didn't really dished me.. she- she just..." Hunter pointedly avoided eye contact with his friend. Struggling to find the right words. "We just have a difficult period.."

Gus placed a hand on his friend's shoulder, making the other man to look at him. "For almost two months?" Hunter shook his friend's arm off his shoulder and took a step back.

"Hunter, please be serious with your self." Gus took a step forward, using a small high difference as an advantage over his friend. "It's just temporary, it will be over soon." Said Hunter, crossing his arms on his chest.

"And what if it won't stop? What will you do then?" Gus was not backing off.

"And what if it won't- look, I really don't want to talk about this."

"That's to bad. Because you need to talk about this." Gus took another step forward, wishing he could shake some sense into his friend.

"Gus-"

"I can see that you're pretending to be okay around people again. You hate helping her with drug dealing, and all she does is scream at you, that you fucked up everything in return!" Said Gus and grabbed Hunter's shoulders.
