Tanjiro excused himself to the restroom, leaving Y/N to walk back to class on her own.

When she walked inside, she saw something on Inosuke's desk.

"What is that, Inosuke?" She asked, pointing at it.

Inosuke held it up.

"Dunno. Just found it!" He said.

"May I see it?"

Inosuke gave it to her.

Y/N examined it.

It was an all white fox mask with F/C vines on the sides.

'This mask is familiar... Where have I seen it before...?'

"It's very pretty, but why would you have this? Don't you have a boar mask?"

"I do! And it's way cooler than some stupid fox mask!"

"Well, if you don't want it, then I'll keep it."

Y/N slipped the mask into her bag and sat down at her desk.

Y/N rested her face in her hand.

She hated math.

It was her least favorite subject.

She groaned quietly as her hand became sore from writing notes.

'Fuck...'

She rubbed her wrist gently.

Tanjiro was right next to her.

He was tapping his foot on the floor anxiously as he watched her.

His face was extremely red.

He quickly looked away as she glanced over at him.

He peered down at his bag that held a B/S (Birth Stone) ring.

He found the ring in his house.

It seemed very old, but its condition was as good as new.

He decided to use it for when he proposed to Y/N.

He looked back at said girl and saw that she was back to writing notes.

On her desk was a pretty F/C pen.

He sneakily snatched it and stuffed it into his bag next to the other things that he's stolen from Y/N.

"Hey...!" Zenitsu, who was right next to Tanjiro, whispered.

Tanjiro froze.

Zenitsu had very good hearing, and it was no secret that he also liked Y/N.

"Why did you take Y/N's pen...?"

Tanjiro rolled his eyes.

"Oh, shut up. You would've done the same."

Zenitsu was taken aback.

Tanjiro was normally very sweet.

He was like a completely different person.

Zenitsu glared at him resentfully.

"Alright. Two can play at that game."
