Once Y/N thought that Rui had enough lecturing, she picked him up and carried him out of the room.
She knew that he could walk, she just liked having him in her arms, and he liked being in her arms.
She brought him to the living room, where she was surprised to see Sabito and Makomo talking with S/N.
"Ah, there she is," S/N said, pointing at her.
Rui immediately, as if on instinct, bared his fangs at the newcomers.
"Stop, Rui," Y/N said, setting him down.
"Why don't you go take a nap, hm?"
Rui reluctantly nodded and went back to Y/N's room, his gaze not leaving Sabito and Makomo.
"Sorry about that. He's rather... um... protective," Y/N said to them.
Makomo nodded in understanding while Sabito glared back at Rui.
Makomo lightly hit Sabito.
"Stop glaring at little children," she uttered, her voice very soft.
"That's not a child. That's a-" Sabito began.
"What did you two come here for?" Y/N asked, cutting Sabito off.
"Oh, right! We wanted to talk to you about a few things, Y/N-chan! It's very important. We should talk in a more... private setting," Makomo said, glancing at S/N.
S/N rolled her eyes and left the room, leaving Y/N with Sabito and Makomo.
