Sitting in a bar alone really isn't how I expected my life to be like as an adult but here I am sat on a stool with a half glass of wine watching football around a bunch of lunatic men and dancing women
"borin' right?"a guy sat next to me another thing is thick texan accent "yeah but it's Game season and this is the only bar I get to see the real game so." I responded turning back to the football game well then see ya doll he's said before walking off I then took another sip of my wine , gunshots began going off .
I reached for my gun that was latched onto my waist but the gunshots instantly came to a close I then felt a hand on my shoulder turned around quickly seeing my little brother Alex behind me wearing a smile "howdy big sis." he snickered waving with his gun in hand "that irritated b**** face is saying leave me alone but you know I ain't doing a damn thing ."
he's smirked at me. I got up from my seat taking the wine with me "oh but it seems you're doing the opposite of what you say Alex popping up out of nowhere is damn stupid." I grumbled " you could have shot me dimwit."
I muttered upset from the lack of peace and silence one of dad's bodyguards picked us up from the bar and it had to be my brother's boyfriend "howdy Luke " Alex smile sitting in the passenger seat next to Luke "howdy my love."
Lucas spoke regularly letting his Texas drawl out freely "hi Lucas." I muttered he tilted his hat as a gesture of saying hello "I'm turning on some music your killing my vibe."
Alex turned to me sticking his tough out at me before he connected his phone to the radio turning on country music Alex had too much energy for anyone to comprehend Luke laughed at him "darlin relax." he told Alex I cringed staring out the window waiting until we got home .

we got out of the car and Alex let Luke do his gaurding job entering the mansion "where were you Stella?!" Mom shouted at me "at a bar watching a football game alone then my little brother popped up with a gun killing every single person in the bar so I had to come home because he wouldn't listen to me."
I muttered tiredly "well how do you know they were single? they all could have been in a poly relationship Stella." he joked around "it's not funny Alex what if you shot me would you be laughing then?.. good night." I left to my room starting the tub lighting some candles around me before turning the lights off letting the rose red glow of my lit candles roam around my bathroom like lit insentce letting the smoke flow around slowly it relieved my anger .

I stood by my truck waiting for Tanner to hurry up out of the house so I can drive him off to school "Tanner you're wasting time!" I called getting impatient "Auntie has my lunch!" he hollered back to me I've gotten into the truck waiting for him I tapped the wheel with my thumb impatiently suddenly the passengers door opened and closed "took you long enough."
I smirked turning to him he laughed hitting my arm lightly "whatever Jessie." he shook his head looking out of the window "so how's your classmates." I asked him trying to start a conversation with Tanner he sighed
"the school is fine the teachers are pushy but all right and I have made some friends like Jade ,Connor and Matthew." He replied like he was bored of talking
"... what about Mackenzie??" I brought up his crush and in a second of hearing her name his face was a red mess that brought a smile to my face to know that Tanner is getting along so far his family was abusive and he couldn't communicate well with other students so it makes me happy that he gets along well with other kids now. " well I got to go my dearest cousin goodbye and make sure Papa and gets me from school." He rushed out of the truck
"wait Tanner!-" he shut the truck door before I could say another word I saw i while off starting up the truck and driving off back home I had to stop by a gas station as it pumped the car oil into the truck I stared off at the cars passing by my phone then rang picking it up I answered "yes zain?" I started "our enemies guards are coming your way a black car is coming be prepared ."
