Around April of 7th grade I was finally completely over Leeseo.
There had been others that had caught my attention but I wasn't fully prepared to get into my next relationship until I had finished being caught up on her.
But when it finally happened I had fallen for another girl in my Social Studies class.
Her name was Seoyeon.
Seoyeon was a quieter girl, kinda shy, but still had a sense of humor. We laughed a lot together having sat next to each other for a while.
My friends had told me she liked me and it wasn't until May that she had told me she liked me.
I remember i asked her out on the last day of 7th grade and we dated all summer. She broke up with me at the beginning of 8th grade.
Something I think I liked about Seoyeon was that she was skinny. A lot skinnier than I was at the time. I think I had weighed 130 and she maybe 90-95 at most. She never ate lunch at school. She made me feel kinda bad about myself and maybe that was what drove me to lose so much weight after she ended things between us.
We stayed friends after though. I think we do a lot better as friends than we did as a couple. We're less shy around each other, laugh a lot more, arnt scared to be a little mean.
I guess what I've realized is that sometimes bad things happen for good reasons.
