Two years later:

Imogen's POV -

This was the day that I had waited so long for and now it was finally here.

It was the happiest day of my life and I loved how perfectly everything had gone for me.

Without Max and Taylor constantly trying to ruin my life all the time, it's actually been a rather easy life and I've made the most out of it all. There has been nothing that I would change about it.

Not even the arguments because they just made me and Tom so much stronger as a couple.

I loved Tom and I don't know what I would do without him. I think I'd be at a total loss and I wouldn't really know what to do with my life.

I looked in the mirror, admiring myself and making sure that everything was perfect. I'd spent nearly three hours in total telling people exactly how I wanted my hair and my make-up doing. I mean, hardly any of them listened and just did it how they wanted it. But it was no biggie.

I still loved what they had done. My make-up was simple and was barely noticeable while my hair had all be curled, before being clipped up into a tight bun. There were a few strands of hair which just hung down at the sides with a tiara to top it all of.

I didn't mind it and it did look rather pretty, even if it's not exactly what I asked for.

"Can I come in?" I heard someone say, the voice could only possibly belong to one person and that person was Max George.

The guy who Tom only invited because he didn't want people asking questions about why he wasn't here.

Why one of his bestfriend's wasn't here to witness him getting married to his ex-girlfriend.

Oh yeah.

Should probably tell you that really.

Today is mine and Tom's wedding day. We had been planning it for well over a year now since he proposed to me.

And today was the day that it was finally going to happen.

"If you really want to..." I replied. Not really caring if he came in or if he didn't.

"Wow. You look stunning!" Max stated, a look of shock all over his face. Like he never thought he was going to see me again.

Well, he would never have seen me again if it wasn't for today. This has been the first time in over a year and a half that Max had laid eyes upon me; I'd told him that I never wanted to see him again and he took me seriously.

Guess he does know how to listen sometimes, which is probably a good thing because I would have gone mental if he didn't listen to me and what I wanted from him.

Which was nothing.

"Thanks. What do you want then?" I muttered, not even looking at him. I was too busy trying to readjust the zip on the back of my dress which had decided it was going to come undone.

"I just wanted to have a catch-up, you know, see how you were doing..." he replied as he took a seat on the edge of the sofa.

"I'm doing great thanks. Happiest I've ever been, and you?"

"Yeah, yeah. I'm great..."

"You still sleeping with that Megan, or whatever her name is behind Taylor's back?" I asked him.

Not that I actually cared.

Just proof that he can't keep it in his pants for anyone. As soon as the next hot thing walks into his life, he just has to have her.
