chapter 30: new years kiss

From last chapter, Mitsuya and M/N are finally dating. M/N's parents decided to stay with him since they actually had some off time. Now, they were getting ready to go to the festival.

M/N's POV:

"Does this Kimono fit me right?" My mom said posing. She wore a light blue one along with my dad, they were matching.

My dad was a blushing mess, he then passed out. I just stared at him and looked back at the shorter woman. "Mom you look beautiful, Im sure you know dads answer too."

She smiled, "thank you."

"Now, how does my f/c Kimono look?" I looked down at my outfit.

"Amazing!" the h/c haired woman smiled more.

"Good, now we should get going." I turned towards the door.

"He's just tryna reunite with his new boyfriend.." My dad smiled as he stood up.

I scoffed and walked out the door, my parents did the same. "So are we walking or what?" My mom asked.

"I mean, we do need exercise." My dad smiled at her.

"I don't like walking and you know it, but I'll walk since Im with you guys." She rolled her eyes, I just sighed.

My dad sweat dropped.

Time skip.. the festival..

We finally made it to the festival and stood at the entrance. "So what are we supposed to do..?"

"why am I the shortest one out of you damn titans?!" My mom placed both of her hands on her hips.

"Jeez mom, who said they invited literal Smurf's to the festival?" I did the same as her.

She took her sandle off and nearly threw it at me before dad held her. "WHY YOU—?!"

"DEAR PLEASE CALM DOWN!!" He sweat dropped.

I was laughing right at her face and bopped her nose, she became even more upset.

Moments later, we were walking through the festival peacefully. Suddenly, my mother felt a tug on her kimono. We all looked down and saw Luna and Mana smiling.

"Auntie!!" They smiled while hugging her legs.

My mother smiled brightly, "Hello my lovelies!"

They held her hands, me and my dad looked back and saw Mitsuya, Hakkai, and Yuzaha.

"N/N! And hello Mr. L/N!" They said in unison.

"Hello you guys!" My father smiled.

Mitsuya waved at me as he softly smiled causing me to jump a bit and waving back. "Look who's nervous around his own boyfriend.." Yuzaha smiled causing both of my parents to laugh.

"Okay that's not funny, Im not even nervous." I became very embarrassed.

Mitsuya walked up to me and looked me in the eyes, "You look very handsome M/N!" He smiled softly as he grabbed my hand.

I froze up.

"Oh lord he froze up, dear.. This is literally your son." My mom had a deadpanned expression while my dad just sweat dropped.

"We.. we should get going!" The taller e/c eyed male started walking.

I unfroze the moment the lilac haired male started walking, we were holding hands the whole time. That's when we saw Takemichi and Hina.

"Takemitchy!"

The couple turned around and saw us. "Looks like you're all dressed for shichi-go-san!" Mitsuya smiled.
