chapter 22: dating or nah?

Two weeks have pasted since 'bloody halloween' and things weren't looking too good. Baji did wake up, but not M/N. Well of course because he literally got stabbed on the right side of his chest and lost a lot of blood.

no one's POV:

"Baji-san!" Chifuyu said rushing in.

"Chifuyu.." The long haired male faced towards the blonde.

"The doctor said you'll be able to be discharged in 2 days, maybe even less!" Chifuyu smiled.

"That's good..." Baji turned his head back to the window. "Is n/n awake yet..?"

"not that I know of.. the only person who would tell us is Mitsuya. He's been visiting n/n since." The blonde looked down as he made his way towards the black haired male.

"I need to go to the restroom."

"Baji-san you can't be standing up like this!"

"I do what I want!"

"that's not the way to the bathroom..." Chifuyu sweat dropped as Baji walked right in the room.

"I don't care— n/n?!"

M/N had one hand on the wall trying to prevent himself from falling while slowly walking. "Damn Baji, you actually survived." The h/c haired male smiled.

"N/N! You can't just walk out the room like that!" Mitsuya ran to M/N's side helping him stand up properly.

"You guys finally dating huh?" Baji smirked.

"eh.." Mitsuya smiled as he sweat dropped.

M/N turned his head in embarrassment, "we're close.. not dating yet."

"yet you say?" The lilac haired male smirked.

That's when Chifuyu spoke "wait their getting there?! about time!"

M/N threw a random notebook at the male. "SHUT UP WILL YA?! WE AIN'T DATING YET!"

Mitsuya held both of his arms preventing him from moving so much, "My goodness you're like a wild animal. Calm down, you're still injured."

"whatever, Im hungry." The h/c haired male said as his mood changed.

"wait, Mitsuya and n/n." Baji said gaining the attention of the 2. "What do you guys even mean by 'you arent dating yet?'."

"well.. before n/n walked out the room..."

M/N's POV:

I was laying down with my eyes closed listening to Mitsuya.

"I still can't believe I never confessed to you. Im such a dumbass.." Mitsuya laughed.

"yea you really are a dumbass for friend zoning me at the start of the battle too.." I opened my eyes and looked right at him with a bored expression.

"N/N—!"

"No shut it. Its too early for literally everyone to find out I've been awake for a good 20 hours now."

"So.. you heard everything I said..?"

"Yea. I also heard you confess to me right before I passed out at the junk yard." I smiled at him.

I saw Mitsuya get a bit embarrassed about it, "Ay don't get embarrassed now. I like ya too."

"like...?" he said.

"yea, Im not ready to say 'I love you' yet. It's too early. But I do accept your feelings towards me."

I smiled right at him causing him to turn his head quickly towards me. I then started to speak again.
