I trained everyday for five hours a day, putting myself on diets. Until, I was officially ready to face the world. It took a while to get here. I'm nineteen years old now. Hopefully things get better.

Y/n punched a punching bag, sending it flying through the air and to the floor. "It came off the chain?" Seven questioned, walking up to the punching bag on the floor. He looked up at the chain which was broken. "You made a lot of progress. I'm amazed." Seven smiled at his daughter who leaned against the wall with a bottle of water in her hand. Sweat dripped down her forehead making her face look shiny.

Y/n took a deep breath. "What exactly am I supposed to do now?" She questioned. Her hair had gotten longer. Seven realized this and patted her head. "We have to cut your hair, it'll get in the way of your work." He spoke with a smirk. Y/n smacked his hand away and smirked back at him. "I'm stronger than you now, remember? Watch it old man." Y/n joked walking towards the door.

Has she finally let it all go? I must have taught her too well. I can no longer read her.

Y/n's smile dropped as soon as she exited the gym she'd trained in for so long. As she walked up the stairs at a steady pace she reminded herself that all this was so she'd finally reunite with Yut Lung.

Even if they had been apart for four years and only had contact through video messages in USB's, they still had a strong bond. Sure, anyone could say otherwise, but the two could feel it. The videos were always at least an hour long. Usually, they'd talk about how their day went, complain to each other, and on the rare occasion cry over their troubles. Yut Lung had clearly gotten more and more comfortable with Y/n as the years went by. He wasn't so cold towards her anymore. It made Y/n happy.

Y/n walked into the kitchen, throwing her empty water bottle in the trash can. It landed with a loud thud at the the bottom of the trash can. The kitchen had been remodeled well over three times due to the amount of crimes happening. After about a year, the war between the gangs still left on the streets started slowing down, and it was all thanks to the one and only mafia boss, Sing Soo-Ling.

Y/n pulled a microphone down to her mouth. "Is everything ready?" She asked. "You sure you want to go through with this? It might not work." Sing joked trying to scare Y/n. Y/n chuckled walking over to the gas oven. "I'm putting my trust in you. Bring it on." Sing laughed hiding the microphone behind his ears. Ready to command, he turned to his remaining gang members. "Lets do it one more time." He smirked.

Y/n patted the white oven with her hand. "Care to be replaced a fifth time?" The girl asked turning on the oven to the max flame. She threw the microphone on the floor. Y/n walked out of the kitchen making sure no one saw her. After she checked that the coast was clear, she left to go get Seven. Hurriedly running down the stairs Y/n saw Seven just exiting the gym. "Seven. There's some suspicious activity I noticed outside the mansion." Y/n spoke hurriedly. "Suspicious activity?" Seven asked locking the gym.

"In front of the mansion, there was a group hiding in the bushes." Y/n replied. As soon as she stopped talking the oven went off, shaking the mansion. Y/n heard the screams coming from maid's as the Chinese raided the mansion, breaking and entering through windows.

Gunfire was heard after the explosion. Seven pulled out a pistol from inside his jacket and threw it at Y/n. "Get in there." He ordered. Y/n nodded, running up the stairs. Smoke from the explosion fogged her vision, which also made it hard to breathe. Y/n covered her mouth and nose with her shirt and ran through the smoke crouching down to avoid stray bullets. As the smoke cleared Y/n saw the targets Sing had mentioned two years prior.

"There's five out of thirty members who aren't part of the Chinese." Sing explained how the members joined and where they came from as far as he knew. Pulling up five pictures, three of  five were women. "These five are your targets. Once we did research on them we found out they all came from the same gang. The Vietnamese. Kill them, but don't kill anyone else." Sing told Y/n who nodded.

Y/n aimed for the first target, getting a clean shot in between his eyes. "One." Y/n whispered, running up the stairs and spotting another one. Pulling the trigger Y/n shot another one. "Two." She muttered running up the stairs further. On the second floor, she found more members but they weren't targets. A man aimed for her but another stopped him. "Wait, she's one of ours. Boss said so." He spoke. Y/n turned around quickly, hearing footsteps approaching her at a steady pace.

Raising her gun she noticed an already bloodied woman. Y/n stopped for a moment but refused to hesitate as she was a target. "Please....don't shoot...I-I have kids.." The woman stuttered out. Pulling the trigger Y/n shut her eyes and sighed. "Three." Y/n heard more footsteps running up, but saw the familiar hair. "Where are the other two?" Y/n asked quietly, as she heard gunfire behind them. Sing took a few steps forward and smacked Y/n with his gun.

The girl's eyes widened. "What are you doing?" Y/n asked in a hushed tone. "You know exactly what I'm doing." Sing replied, kicking her in the stomach, and then it clicked. Y/n kept her balance and threw her gun on the floor, as Sing did the same. "No weapons only fists." Sing smirked.

This will make it all the more convincing.

Y/n took a deep breath and attempted to punch Sing in the face, to which Sing blocked. Grabbing her fist, Sing threw her down the stairs. Y/n caught herself on the railing, pulling herself up with her arm she brought her right leg up and kicked Sing in the face, sending him stumbling backwards. Y/n jumped up to the floor running past Sing and kicking him down the stairs instead.

She's fast.

Sing smiled as he tumbled down the stairs. Picking himself up he watched as Y/n ran down the stairs, except instead of running all the way down the steps, the girl stopped at the fifth step down and took out her gun. Sing was surprised but adjusted to the situation. Just as this happened, Seven seemed to be coming from the other side of the mansion.

Perfect.

"Hey! Weren't you going to join us?!" Sing shouted from the bottom of the stairs. "Not anymore." Y/n shouted, still pointing the gun at him. "I need to survive Sing, if I join it'll only make it more dangerous for me." The girl laughed, but as she did bullets scraped her arms. Y/n ducked down, quickly standing up as soon as the gunfire cleared. Once she saw it was one of the targets, she shot them as well. "Four." Y/n muttered. Sing came up behind Y/n which to his surprise, Y/n simply smirked at him as he grabbed her by the shirt. "Gonna hit a woman are you?" She asked slipping her arms into her shirt and quickly taking it off, using it as a rope to try and choke Sing.

Sing laughed at her attempt. "Nice boobs you got there but no thank you." He smirked kicking her chest sending her to the floor. Seven ran up behind Sing and shot him in the arm. Sing flinched but kept moving.

Shit, that wasn't supposed to happen.

Y/n internally panicked but stood up and took advantage. Y/n threw Sing behind her and pointed the pistol at his head. "Game over." Y/n smiled. "Not so fast!" Someone else yelled. It was the last target. Y/n quickly navigated her pistol towards the woman and shot her. "Five." Y/n watched the woman fall to the floor as Sing slipped away through the space between her legs. "Hey!" Y/n shouted going after him, but as soon as she ran out to the street he was gone. Y/n panted as she looked around the street. Realizing she wasn't wearing a shirt she headed inside to see the maid's being treated by unaffected maids.

Finding Seven, he looked down at her and smiled. "I trained you well, but next time kill the leader." He praised. Y/n nodded internally feeling disgusted. Walking over to the kitchen where the oven had exploded, Y/n noticed there was a red light shining under one of the piles of debris.

Is that a bomb?! Did he really take it that far?! Holy shit Sing Soo Ling are you really trying to kill me?!

Y/n ran back to where the maids and Seven were. Seven could tell from the horror on her face that something was wrong. "Seven, they planted another bomb. Get everyone out." Y/n explained trying to appear calm. Seven nodded quickly directing everyone out of the mansion. As everyone exited, the bomb went off, destroying the entire mansion, including the gym. Y/n watched it burn down with a cold look on her face.

Today, I said goodbye to the pathetic little me.
