It's been 2 months since Minho died, and just like he wanted, you moved on from him, even though it was hard, you made it, and now you fell in love with someone else, but will they return those feelings back, or will it be a One-Sided love?

Try to hold my defenses, and hide behind my walls, but when I hold onto you, I can't help but let them fall
"Good Morning Y/N, how are you feeling?" Chan asks as he finishes making breakfast for everyone
"I'm alright, just upset a bit still, but I'll be ok" You sit down at the table as you look at the ring on your finger
-2 years ago-
"Y/N!" Minho runs to catch up to you, but you continue running to mess with him
"Catch me if you can!" You shout as you keep running
"Oh, it's on" Minho Runs faster and catches you after a bit, and you both laugh
"Anyway, what did you need?" You turn around only to find Minho holding out a ring
"I wanted to give you this, it's a promise ring" He places it on your finger
"What's the promise that your making for to have the ring?" You ask confused to why he's giving you the promise ring
"I promise to always be by your side, no matter what, I will keep you safe, even of it costs me my life" Minho says proudly
-Present-
So I'll let you hold onto my heart, no I won't run away
"You kept your promise... You protected me, even though it did cost you your life.... " Tears start to flood your eyes as you remember the day he gave you the promise that he would protect you
"Hey, No need to cry, he's still gonna protect you, even if you can't physically see him, he's still here with you, he will never leave" Chan says as he finishes setting the table up and rubs your back
Even if you tear me apart, you know I will always stay
"Yeah, your right, but it's still hard not having him here with me anymore, but I always end up finding him in someone else I know" You reply as you gently stand up and go outside
"I don't know if I can hide them anymore... It's getting harder each day..." You sit on the steps looking at the sky, "What should I do... "
"It depends, what do you think you should do? " You jolt as you hear him, but look around to find nobody around you
Cause it's better to try and love too hard, then to always be stuck at the start
"I don't know, I want to tell him, but does he feel the same way, or is it just me?" You ask looking up at the sky again
"Well if it makes you feel any better, he's asking the same thing, so I think you should try, who knows it might just work out" You smile as tears start streaming down your face
"Thank you Minho.... For everything..." You stand up and blow a kiss to the sky as you walk inside
So I'll let you hold onto my heart, cause loving you's worth all the scars
"Chan... Can I talk to you, please?" You sit down at the table while Chan is still in the kitchen
"Sure, what's up?" Chan walks over to you and sits down beside you
"Can I be honest with you..?"
"Yeah, why are you asking?"
We're sitting under neath street lights, the Neon yellow lights up your eyes, if this all crumbles down at least we have tonight
"I think I fell in love with someone else, but idk if they feel the same" you look at him only to find him looking upset
"Well the only way to know is to ask them, other than that, I can't help much with that" He replies as he gets ready to stand up but is stopped by you pulling him closer to you, leaving a small space between you and him
"Then, I might as well say it now, I love you Chan, even if you don't love me back" You let go of him but he doesn't move away from you, instead he gets closer
"Well, that makes two of us, but we can always wait if you feel uncomfortable, I don't want to rush you" He pulls away but you grab his face and pull him into a kiss
So, I'll hold all these seconds, and memorize them all
'Cause when I hold onto you, I can't help but always fall
"Damn, already moving on I see?" You immediately pull away blushing as you see Han, Changbin, and Hyunjin standing there watching you guys
"It's not my fault, Minho would have wanted me to move on anyway" you reply as Chan stands up
"Well who wants to wake the others up, breakfast is ready" Chan asks, and as soon as he does all of us start running outside
"Really, fine I'll go wake them up" Chan says as he goes upstairs and gets the rest of the members up for breakfast
-After Breakfast-
"There really isn't anything to do, so who wants to go to the park?" I ask as I stand up only for all the the group to stand up with me
"Ok, everyone go get ready then" Chan says as the others start running to their rooms to get ready leaving Chan alone with You
"Now, Shall we continue what we were doing earlier before we were interrupted?" Chan asks as he sits on the couch pulling you down onto his lap
So I'll let you hold onto my heart, No I won't run away
"Maybe later, cause I don't wanna risk getting caught by the others again" you reply as you snuggle into Chan
"Like I said, we can take it slowly if you'd like to" Chan smiles as he hugs you closely
"I love you Chan... "
"I love you too, Y/N"
Even if you tear me apart, you know I will always stay, cause it's better to try and love too hard, then to always be stuck at the start, so I'll let you hold onto my heart, cause loving you's worth all the scars...
