Because you are a lost boy. I am a lost girl. Together we are lost kids.

----------------------------

We lay on the withering mattress in the attic, spider webs above glistened in the burning sunlight. Our eyes never broke, his are golden, reminding me of the crisp fall leaves, mine are a simple green. Our hands are intertwined, his thumb makes a rotation in a circle of the back side of my palm. His touch is soothing to me, yet electrifies everything.

"Wendy," he starts, making my eyebrows raise.

"Ashton." I mimicked his words nearly.

"I'm gonna need to change your nickname from Ghost Girl." He says calmingly.

"Aw why?" My lower lip pouts out.

"I have to change it from ghost because you are similar to a ghost, but not a ghost. You are a fallen angel, who is lost. You were lost on your path to heaven and lost on if why you did was right or not. I shall call you Lost Girl, for you were a lost angel." His poetic words send sparks throughout my body, his words touching and true.

"And I can not call you Bandana Boy." I mutter softly.

"Why is that?" His eyebrow arches.

"Because you are a lost boy. I am a lost girl. Together we are lost kids. Apart we are sinking ships, falling quickly to the bottom of the ocean floor. So, now you are Lost Boy." He smirks a muffled giggle escaping his lips.

"Poetic again I see." He observes, nodding his head.

"I try." I shrug, running my free hand through my hair.

"And you succeed always."

"Always? I'm sure most of my words are a bunch of mumbo jumbo rambling."

"Are you kidding me, everything you say is a work of art, I savor every letter." He halts me.

"Thank you Lost Boy, I love you very much." The second my words leave my tongue I choke, biting my tongue hard. Ashton looks shocked as well, perhaps I've know him for to little to say that.

"You do?" He questions.

"Well-uh no, I said that too soon, it was a mistake." I mumble, embarrassed.

"No, love has no time limit. Someone once said you could have five years of a relationship and feel nothing, the. Have a relationship of five weeks and feel everything. Love has no limit, my dearest Wendy." He further explains the theory. I avoid his eyes, darting mine everywhere other than straight forward to his.

"And guess what, I love you too, Lost Girl. " a wide grin is planted on Ashton's face, he is satisfied in his sentence. His dimples caved in, a smile is transferred to me.

{I swear they did not do the hot dog in the bun. They just made out you perverts. And yayyy this was a big (short) chapter kinda a lot happened so yeah. Get ready for an emotional roller coaster though. Thank you for everything }
