Hailee POV

The sun began to rise. I turned around on the bed, which I didn't even know how I got there. I slowly started to remember yesterday, I remembered that I fell asleep in Christian's arms.

I felt so safe and carefree, he was so gentle with me and good. Hailee no, what if he cheats on you too, like Cameron. Just friends nothing more than that.

I got out of bed, went to the bathroom to take a shower and do my morning routine. I put on leggings and a plain t-shirt. I went downstairs to the kitchen and saw Flo cooking.

"Good morning, roommate."

"Morning, Flo."

"Did you sleep well?"

"I slept great, thanks for the question, and how did you sleep?"

"I slept, I didn't get enough sleep if that's what you're asking."

We moved to the dining room table, she made and put the coffee in front of me, she went to the kitchen and came back with two full plates of food.

"You don't have to make me fat while I'm here, I'm already fat."

"You are not fat and you'll be fine, and if you gain weight, guys will still like you."

"I don't think that's true, because if it was I would already be in a relationship or married. He wouldn't have cheated on me, he could have just left me then and not like this."

I remembered the event for which I came here. Flo looked at me with a sad look that turned into an inspired look.

"Eat all that, then go get ready, I'll take you somewhere. Don't worry too much, put on something you're comfortable with."

She said, then went to the courtyard.

Florence POV

I went out into the yard and called him on the phone. After a few seconds he answered.

"Bonjour, ma préférée soeur.( Hello, my favorite sister )"

"Hey Chris, where are you now?"

"In the studio, why? Do you need some help?"

"No no, at least not to me, but I wanted to ask you if you have a duet to do with Hailee, if not, can you write one, to divert Hailee's attention from that horrible male creature."

"Now I'm going to see something quick so I'll let you know, but I think I have it."

"Great, we'll come to your place in about an hour or an hour and a half, just so you know."

"Okay, see you, I love you, bye"

"Me too, bye"

When I hung up, I went inside. I saw that Hailee had just finished her breakfast, and I approached her.

"Go get ready and let's go."

"All right."

She ran upstairs to her room to get ready.

I know they only met yesterday, but they look really cute together, as if they were meant for each other.

I know they are both hurt and I think that's exactly why they should be together, to fix each other.

Chris is my brother and best friend. Hailee is my best friend. I wish the best for both of them.

I can see that they don't like being alone, they're used to having someone by their side all the time, that's why I think they're perfect for each other. I'll put them together even if it's my last.

Christian POV

I was looking through the files on my laptop for a duet for me and Hailee.

"Boom." I found her.

I think she'll like it. I wrote it while I was at university. I didn't know when I was going to publish it. Now is the right moment.

I also have a surprise for her and I think she will like it.
