"The patient drew all of these?"

"Yes. He drew out an entire comic, and he's always saying that the events that took place are real events."

"I've noticed that some of these drawings resemble some people in the area."

"Do they know the patient?"

"No, they have never once interacted with the patient. The only one who actually remembered seeing Gray Yeon was Baekjin Na, who Gray refers to in his comic as Donald Na. He said that he saw Gray at the Olympiad, but because they were from different schools, they never spoke to each other."

"Why does the patient refer to himself as Gray, though? Isn't his name Sieun Yeon?"

"It seems to possible be some sort of coping mechanism for him to cope with his friend, Suho Ahn, being in a coma."

"I understand if Sieun didn't know the names of the people he only saw in passing, but why did he give most of the characters English names? Why not Korean names?"

The doctors decided to see how Gray would react to meeting the people he used as models for the characters in his comic. The first person they brought in was Humin Park.

"Big Ben!"

"My name's not Ben," the red haired boy gently corrected the patient, "it's Humin. Humin Park."

Gray noticed something was off about Ben's attire. "Why are you wearing Byuksan High School's uniform?"

"Because I attend Byuksan?"

"No, you don't." Gray told him, "You attend Eunjang High School. You and Alex Go are in Class 8. Gerard Jin is in Class 10. Rowan Im and Teddy Jin are in Class 1. I'm in Class 5 with Eugene Gale."

Humin was now getting a bit uncomfortable. "My grades aren't extraordinary like my classmates, but they were good enough to get me into Byuksan High. I know for sure that I don't go to Eunjang, and I don't know any of the people you mentioned."

"You don't even know Alex Go, your best friend?" Gray asked, "He's five foot and eight inches. He has an undercut and black hair. His eyes are green. He has a scar across his nose."

"Are you talking about Hyuntak Go?" Humin asked, "I don't know anyone named Alex Go, but my best friend is Hyuntak Go and you described his appearance perfectly. He also attend Byuksan High, but we're in different classes. Why are you using the imperial system for his height?"

The doctors had Humin leave and brought in Baekjin.

"Why are you here, Donald Na?"

"My name's Baekjin Na," the pale teen said, "and you're Sieun Yeon. I saw you at the Olympiad."

"Did you cover up your tattoos with makeup?" Gray asked.

"No?" Baekjin raised a brow and was confused by the question. "I don't have any tattoos. My parents would kill me if I had any."

"You're an orphan." Gray said, "Your father was abusive to you and your mother. He even pulled out a knife and cut your mother as you hid in the closet."

"My parents are far from abusive." Baekjin replied, "They're both alive and both are loving and supporting like any other parent."

"Let's say that your parents are alive and caring." Gray didn't seem to believe Baekjin's words. "What do they think of your criminal empire, the Yeongdeungpo Union?"

"I don't know anything about a criminal empire or a union," Baekjin answered honestly, "but I know I would never do anything criminal."

"This is all wrong," Gray mumbled, "it's all wrong."

Baekjin left the room.

Gray started going through all the pages of the comic he had drawn. He knew that was what was real. He knew that the events and characters of the comic were real.

Poor Sieun Yeon had been driven to insanity after Suho Ahn fell into a coma. He had been admitted into the mental hospital by his concerned mother. His mind had been broken, and he believed the world of the comic he drew was the real one, but it was all fictional, and the character designs had been unconsciously taken by people Sieun had only seen in passing.
