The Ribbon Cup Caper

Right now, the gang (Cora, Alain and Mairin) was on a luxury cruise ship called the S.S. St Flower. This ship was for the contestants of the Hoenn Grand Festival to get to Slateport City. They also met up with Ash and his friends. May was happy that they were traveling in style, and they were allowed to bring friends with them, so Cora, Alain, Max, Mairin, Ash and Brock were happy to be on the ship too. This ship had everything: a Pokémon center, a game room, a movie theatre, restaurants and a shopping gallery.

Cora thought that this ship was better than the S.S. Anne ship and May was delighted to be on a luxurious ship for once.

The gang were headed towards the Pokémon center to give their Pokémon to Nurse Joy. They soon arrived at the Pokémon Center station.

"Hey Aunt Eloise, nice to see you." Cora greeted her aunt.

"Hello, it's nice to see you too, Cora." Nurse Joy greeted back.

Brock was instantly in front of Nurse Eloise Joy and held her hands in his as his cheeks were pink, "Incredible! Leave it to a gorgeous ship to have the most gorgeous Nurse Joy. Hi, the name is Brock. I was wondering if a romantic luxury dinner for two might be of interest at all?" He asked.

"Cool it, sailor! How does a lonely for one sound?" Max grabbed the back of Brock's jacket and began pulling him away.

"Oh Joy." Brock whined.

Cora, Alain, Mairin, Ash and May sweat-dropped. Then Cora and May walked up to Nurse Joy.

"I was wondering if you take care of our Pokémon, Nurse Joy." May requested.

"I'd be happy to. Do they need rest or exercise?" Nurse Eloise Joy asked.

May blinked in confusion.

"Well as you can see, we have quite a playroom especially made for Pokémon." Nurse Eloise Joy explained.

"Maybe they could have some rest first and then they can play. I would like them to be well rested and relaxed before the Grand Festival starts." May suggested.

"Good idea. No problem." Nurse Eloise Joy smiled.

May released all her Pokémon who were all happy to come out. Cora released hers as well.

"Thank you, Aunt Eloise." Cora thanked her aunt.

"Yes, thank you, Nurse Joy." May added.

"Sure, I'll take good care of them." Nurse Eloise Joy assured the two coordinators.

"Okay everyone, go and relax for a bit. We'll be back later." Cora said.

"Make sure to enjoy yourselves too." May added.

The Pokémon smiled before they headed off to the playroom.

"It's not every day that you get to travel on a luxury liner and so I want to make sure to check out everything!" May beamed as the group walked together.

At that moment, both gangs spotted Officer Jenny with her Growlithe in the lobby.

Brock's eyes turned heart-shaped, "Look who it is!"

Instantly, he held out a bouquet of red flowers to Officer Jenny while on one knee. 

"Here Officer Jenny! This bouquet matches perfectly with your beauty." Brock stood up, "Why don't you and I-"

Brock yelped when Max grabbed him by the ear, "Be thankful that you're not getting arrested for embarrassment." Max pulled Brock away.

"Is there something wrong, Officer Jenny?" Alain asked, changing the subject.
