One drunken night out leads to a problem in Natalie's life when she finds out something happened...
I released my grip from Phil's hand as I heard a loud cry from the other end of the room. I started to sob as Phil jumped up, "you did it! Nat you did it!" He screamed and ran over to hug me. I sat up slightly to reach him and kissed him at-least a thousand times.
The nurses took him away and got him wrapped up ready. Before they did, Phil cut the umbilical cord leaving the tiny little tag on his stomach. I was moved to a much larger room, with space for chairs and family to visit. Before anyone came in, the nurses handed Phil the baby as he walked over and sat on the bed next to me. A small tear fell from Phil's face onto my hand, "Phil, I love you," I said and cuddled into his arms. "I love you so much more."
I had hold of my baby boy and me and Phil had just signed the birth certificate. We were ready for visitors but we wanted Ronnie's grandparents meet him first so we FaceTimed my mum and dad holding the baby. They didn't know I was in labour so it would be a complete shock. "Hiya mum, dad, how are you?" I said having a normal conversation before I interrupted them speaking to say, "I have a surprise for you" they smiled and questioned before I turned the camera to face Ronnie's beautiful chubby cheeks. "OH MY GOD! EVAN!!" My mum screamed and started shaking the phone. Evan ran downstairs and asked to see him straight away. They arranged a trip for soon to meet him but we had to say bye as we heard a knock on the door.
Sasha and Jack walked in hand in hand smiling at each other. "Can we come in?" They said peering through the door.
"Ye come on in," Phil said and went to unlock the doors bolt. Sasha ran straight over to me holding Ronnie and hugged me. Her and Jack sat down and I gave Jack a hold first of little Ronnie. I smiled at them fighting over who could hold him and Phil jumped on the bed next to me. Sasha was asking about birth and things and I was telling Phil kept making jokes and gagging noises. Jack did the same and looked at Sasha strangely.
The day had ended and Phil had made a small bed on the chair next to me and Ronnie's moving crib. We ended the day on a breastfed baby and many many cuddles and visits from family. I posted a picture Phil took of me and Ronnie when he was first born to put on my Instagram.
