It was finally the day of the preliminary rounds for the Cheong Ah Arts festival. Mirae had helped Rona practice by playing the piano for her the day before and had also practiced herself with Seokhoon. Mirae entered the school just to notice a huge pool of some red liquid on the floor.

Mirae's eyes widened. It couldn't be blood could it? No one was around except the janitor who was cleaning up the mess.

"Excuse me, what happened here?"

Mirae asked the janitor her voice wavering a little.

"I'm not sure I was just told to clean it up"

The janitor shrugged back. Mirae was about to sit down to observe what was on the ground when she heard someone call her name.

"Oh Seokhoon ah did something happen? This isn't blood is it?"

Mirae quickly asked him and was glad when he shook his head.

"Don't worry just another prank. Right now I'm worried for Jenny and Rona. I think Eunbyeol and Seokyung are up to no good."

"The preliminary rounds for singing must have already started aren't Jenny and Rona there?"

Mirae asked Seokhoon a confused look on her face.

"That's the point I don't think they're there"

"You don't think Seokyung and Eunbyeol have something to do with it?"

Mirae's eyes widened as she saw Seokhoon nod his head. Without discussing further Mirae left Seokhoon running to look for her friends. It was getting really late and Mirae still couldn't find them. Luckily she heard some sort of smashing noise from one of the bathrooms and ran to check there. Noticing the door jammed and locked from outside Mirae ran to the side where and smashed the glass making way for Rona and Jenny to come out. Rona came out at once.

"It's really late you should run"

Mirae said to the girl who nodded before running towards the hall. After Rona had left Mirae noticed Jenny slowly coming out as well.

"You and I need to talk but not now, for now you should also head t the hall quickly it's getting late"

Mirae said to Jenny who just walked away. Mirae hoped the two had reached on time but she was wrong. She was really surprised to hear that Jenny had lied to the teachers and quite disappointed in Seokyung and her actions.

"Jenny why did you lie to the teachers the other day?"

Mirae asked Jenny as she sat down next to the girl. Rona and her mother had been called in a meeting today regarding the incident that happened before. Mirae wasn't allowed to take part in the meeting so she decided to talk to Jenny about what was going on.

"You wouldn't understand"

Jenny simply said.

"Try me"

Mirae said smiling at Jenny assuring her that she wouldn't judge her about anything. That's how Jenny ended up telling Mirae everything. Jenny would be lying if she said she didn't felt better after telling Mirae. For some reason she felt that now that she had told someone maybe this stops.

"Jenny, I'm so sorry"

Mirae said after Jenny stopped and pulled her into a hug. Jenny felt tears welling up in her eyes but forced herself not to cry.

"Have you ever thought maybe telling the elders about this could be a better idea?"

Mirae asked as he broke the hug.

"How can it be a better idea? They'll bully me even more, they get away with everything don't they?"

"Jenny, I think you should tell someone, maybe your mother or any elder you trust. I think that's the best thing you could do for yourself. Plus don't worry I won't let them bully you anymore. If they do just call me I'll come and give them a piece of my mind"
