It was finally the day of Cheong Ah Arts festival, the competition that everyone had been working very hard for. Mirae had noticed everyone around her practicing 24/7. Which was one of the reasons why Mirae was stuck at home and didn't go out much except going occasionally to the penthouse to help Seokyung practice.

"Don't be nervous you sing beautifully"

Mirae said to Seokyung as she sat next to her in the waiting room. Everyone was dressed in formal wear, waiting for their turn to showcase their talent.

"I'm not nervous don't worry, you on the other hand, don't be nervous you play beautifully as well"

Seokyung said smiling at Mirae who looked like she was sick. When it was Rona's turn Mirae quickly snuck into the hall to listen to her sing. Rona stood confidently on the stage waiting for the music to start. Mirae was surprised to hear that the music was being played differently. Mirae had played for Rona once and noticed at once that something was wrong with the music being played. Mirae could see that Rona also looked around clearly nervous. But Rona didn't let her nervousness show much longer and started to sing flawlessly to the different music. Mirae looked at her a big smile on her face. It would be a shame if someone else won the competition when Rona sang so flawlessly Mirae thought to herself. Mirae headed back to the waiting room as Rona continued to sing.

"Somebody tried to sabotage Rona, don't tell me it was you"

Mirae said to Seokyung as she sat next to her.

"I don't need to sabotage her, I'll win without sabotaging anyone"

Seokyung replied with a smirk on her face.

"Love the confidence, but then who...?"

Mirae was about to say when she stopped and looked at Seokyung with wide eyes.

"You don't think this was Eunbyeol's doing? Do you?"

"It could be. That girl is desperate to win"

Seokyung shrugged as the two looked at the girl sitting in front of them.

"I'll be right back"

Mirae said to Seokyung as she noticed Seokhoon walking past their room.

"Did you hear Rona sing? It was so good, wasn't it?"

Mirae asked Seokhoon as soon as she came closer to him.

"Yeah Rona's pretty talented."

"She is indeed. Oh there she is"

Mirae said spotting Rona. Grabbing Seokhoons hand she dragged him towards the girl who was walking towards the waiting room.

"Bae Rona you sang beautifully, I'm sure you'll win"

Mirae said to Rona confidently not noticing a specific girl standing listening to the conversation secretly.

"I'm not so sure about that I think I made some mistakes."

"Are you kidding me? Mistakes? That was a flawless performance, right Seokhoon?"

Mirae said turning to Seokhoon for his answer. Seokhoon nodded with an amused look on his face.

"Hmm let's see. I do hope I win"

"Want to grab something to eat afterwards?"

Mirae asked the girl with a smile on her face.

"I'll see if I have time"

Rona simply answered before waving to the two and walking away. The two left behind started walking back towards the waiting room laughing about something one of them said. Mirae didn't know what her words had caused. Eunbyeol had heard Mirae saying that she was sure Rona will win and something burned inside of her. All Eunbyeol knew at that moment was she had to get rid of Rona no matter what she did.
