Life will be better. As long as, you do what's right and not doing wrong things. Everyone deserves a happy story. You will get there soon. Just wait.

Take a walk, do your intermittent fasting, wake up early and go to bed at 10pm. Get involved more in daily chores. Call your mom for 15minutes a day. Clean your room for 7th. Read that book. Watch that kdrama in your watch list. Pray more. Journal more. Be grateful and most importantly be kind.

Do anything to keep you sane. To keep you going on. Life only promise to be tougher each day.

For now, keep fighting to survive another day. Just one step at a time. Let yourself grow and let yourself be happy. Even when you are alone. Because you mattered . 🤍
