«Chapter 36 • Don't Leave Me»

Jungkook woke up on a hospital. He had been there for a day. He didn't know why. But he was sure he wanted to go find Jennie, he knew she was on danger.

"Hey Jungkook, where?" Jimin said as Jungkook stood up and took of running, "Jungkook where are you going!?"

He forced through some security guards. When he noticed, he was on the street. Then Yeji came upon, and kissed him. He pulled her away.

"Don't touch me! I know that it was you the one that got Jennie away! You know I love her! Where is she?" Jungkook said as he got into tears. Yeji looked at him.

Jungkook turned his head and saw Jennie. She was stepping back little by little.

"Jennie wait!" Jungkook yelled.

Jennie started getting away from him. Jungkook ran to her and then stopped in the middle of the street.

"What if this isn't the right choice?" Jungkook doubt to himself.

Then he felt someone push him. It was Jennie. JK hired his head on the concrete floor, but he still saw how the car hit Jennie.

"Jennie!" Jungkook yelled as he ran up to her. He grabbed her body and hold it tightly. Her head, leg, and abdomen started bleeding.

"Jennie I'm here, everything is going to be okay, I love you, please fight for me," Jungkook said crying. Then some paramedics came and put Jennie on a bed. Then they took her inside the hospital.

Jungkook hold Jennie's hand, he never let go.

"Jennie I'm here with you, please don't leave me," said Jungkook crying.

"I'm.......here......" Jennie said very low.

"Jennie?!" Jungkook yelled excited, then they took Jennie into a private area. The surgery room.

What's going to happen to her? Is it that severe to get her into surgery? How long will it take? Will she be okay? Jungkook thought to himself.

Jungkook then felt some pain in the back of his head.

"Mr.Jeon, I will need to check on you, you fell on the street and hit your head. I need to make sure you're alright," said the doctor. Jungkook nodded and went to a room with the doctor.

They checked on him and he had nothing severe. He just needed to rest his head, he couldn't do any activities with a lot movement.

They gave him some pills to drink if he felt pain again.

"Also, you are the one that almost died by overdose, and got also got identified with broken heart syndrome. You need someone to help you," the doctor said.

"The only one that can helping is getting a surgery," Jungkook said to the doctor.

"Well I hope so," said the doctor in a low voice, "you are released."

Jungkook left and went to the waiting area outside of the surgery room. He sited down and waited. Until he felt a liquid go by his left hand. When he went to look, it was blood. He didn't tell any doctor, because then they will take him to another room. And what happens if Jennie came out when that happened?

He put his hand on his pockets.

He waited 2 hours until she came out, and surgeon behind.

"Jennie Kim's Family?" The surgeon asked.

"Here, is she okay? What happen?" Jungkook asked.

"The surgery was a success. She will be alright, she just needs to rest a lot. We got a surgery on her leg and abdomen, she won't be able to move them at all. And her head is okay, she just got a small cut. Jennie will need to stay in the hospital for sometime. Also she will take some time to wake up since she's on anesthesia, she is on room C352," the surgeon said as he left.

"Okay, thank you," Jungkook said. He then went to find room C352. When he found it, a nurse was coming out of it.

"Hello, this patient can't get any visits now, unless is family," the nurse said.

"Yes, I'm her boyfriend," Jungkook said as a chill went down his spine.

"You may go in," the nurse said, "if she wakes up, tell me."

As Jungkook went in he saw Jennie. In anesthesia, with the surgeries.

"Jennie," Jungkook said, "why did you left?" He started to cry. Then he saw a chair in the room, he went to sit there, and wait.

Some time later he saw Jennie moving. He went up to her.

Jennie started to uncontrollably cry and cry. Jungkook grabbed her arm and face.

"Jennie, wake up," Jungkook said looking into Jennie's eyes.

Jennie woke up agitated, crying, desperate, sweating.

"Jungkook," Jennie said as she started crying and grab his hand, "you're alive..."

"Yes, yes I am," JK said. Jennie hold into Jungkook's hand as tight as she could.

A doctor came into the room to check on Jennie. They saw that Jennie was scare, and they asked her why. She answer that she had a nightmare.

"Okay, you'll have to stay in the hospital for a while. You got a severe cut on you leg, that has to be monitored. You abdomen got a cut on your abdomen, and you can move it much. And you also got hit on your head severely. You'll have to be monitored," The doctor said, "you'll need someone to take care of you the next weeks."

"I can," Jungkook said.

"Okay, you can come to sign the papers when you can," the doctor said as he left.

"Jungkook," Jennie said as she started crying.

"What Jennie?" Jungkook asked.

"Let me tell you the truth. I had already told you that Yeji had threaten me if I got closer to you, I'll suffer the consequences. The day I went to give you lunch, I went to Starbucks after. And she found me there. She took me to a dark alley and pointed into my head with a gun. Forcing me to break up with you, or she would kill me. She also forced me to get away from you, or you would suffer the consequences," Jennie said as she started crying, "and that's why I broke up with you. I didn't wanted to, but I bet you don't want to be back. I still love you."

"Oh Jennie, I would never get angry with you. I knew Yeji was the one that had threaten you. And I also still love you," Jungkook said as he kissed her on the lips.

He forgot about everything, Lisa, Yeji, the accident, the cut he had, and the world. He saw the light in the darkness.

"I love you Jennie," Jungkook said as he went to kiss her again.
